Organized with friendly staffs. They have photo service also, so if you forget your photo for medical test dont worry they will get it for 30 AED cost.

Good tying but less shop

One person doing typing for big no. Of applications, at least 3 staff needed to cop with. They charge each medical application 55.24 for typing, price is fixed on 50 everywhere. Disappointing

They are the only certified office to do the application for emirates ID and Visa for the knowledge Village center and they have only 1 person and at most 2 handling all the applications and they are really slow (literally NOT ON TIME), such offixe should be having 4 persons serving people at all times

I have been living and working in Dubai since 1995. Never have I experienced this level of service-excellence in Dubai. Both Ameneh and Anas were incredibly friendly and very helpful; as was the Cashier. I could go on and on. Dont take my word for it. If/when you need to renew your visa, go straight to this branch; without hesitation.

Didnt open at 07:30. A lady opened the office at 07:24 but she cant operate the facility by herself.

Did typos and didn’t submit all required documents two times. There is one more typing center in the building.

Good for Medical Fitness Typing, not good for any other services. They dont maintain the record of old invoices. Its hard to get the duplicate copy of receipt.
