Theyre really quick. Ill give them that. My document was returned to me in less than 24 hours of me submitting the file.But the document came back with small tears on either side. Like it was mishandled and they just tore it from either side a little. The people there just refused to take any responsibility for the mistake and just blamed it on the ministry people instead.Youre better off just going to the ministry directly and saving yourself the money (because they also obviously charge a lot more than the ministry would and I assumed itd mean superior service but I was wrong) and prevent getting your original document damaged.Would not recommend.
