Best visa and immigration in Dubai.They have great customer service and FREE VALET PARKING.They also really good Karak Tea for all their customers making the whole experience extremely pleasant.Even though I was using the Amer services, they also have DED counters as well.

Recently got Golden visas done for myself and my family and must say the whole process went so smoothly all thanks to Mr. Fanuz. He goes the extra mile to make sure everything is done swiftly. Most of the work was done over the phone so you don’t end up spending time visiting the facility.Highly recommended.

Because of my work I have visited many business centers but the Arabian Business Center is the perfect. I went there for the first time for the stamp only this time the reception lady asked me to type all the our company applications there. in my mind what is actually her job marketing or receptionist. Then I saw her talking to a client about the family visa procedure. The client asked many questions and she answered her with a smile, details and patience that I had never seen before. After this day Im typing all the applications there and I advise everyone to work with them. To the Director of the Arabian Business Center, you are lucky to have such a employee in your center her name weam.

The services given by this Centre is outstanding. I wish to single out Basma with whom I dealt with. She is prompt, very polite, very patient, prompt, explains all the details with full clarity and has full knowledge of the matter. Such young people are an asset to any organization and if given wider responsibilities, can do immense good to organization and to public.I will always go this centre for all my needs.

Experienced utterly bad service, they dont know how to treat the customers, they are not attentive, behave as if they are doing favour on us or serving for free. Im here for couple of years and had been to many centers but this is the first I have ever experienced such pathetic service. Im sure the reviews which exist on web are fake. Such centers should be closed and I request consumer court to inspect the center once.Deserves less than 0 rating.

Front desk gives wrong information to the customers, and then , instead of apologies, they are blaming the customer.At a later stage, same lady, even further making fun of the customer oposite all other customers for they own mistake.when asking for a supervisor, he is not listening to the customer, interrupting continuously, without letting him explain the situation.worst customer service ever.

The typing in this center was good for my first meeting. receptionists are not good though, two were not in good mood to even talk and watching some YouTube videos and very arrogant also, issued ticket and didn’t switch on the TV to display the token number, upon asking the token number was already passed. It’s unprofessional and didn’t like it.

I have received great help, efficient and quick services especially from Abdulrahman and Neha. The process of my Golden Visa was excellent. They delivered what was promised and I am very grateful.

Hi, a real unprofessional experience, I was dealing with individuals who clearly didnt understand what documents were required for Visa or Emirates ID application.They send a check list of what is required in day one but weeks later told additional documents needed. The entire process took over 6 weeks before completion and would have been longer if I didn’t continuously chase.Really poor customer experience and for your own peace of mind wouldnt recommend. Another friend went through exact same experience recently.

So, I went to ABC to get my daughters visa application processed at 8AM on 22-10-2020. I was welcomed by the Valet and he was kind enough to assist me in parking the car. I entered the center and I was told at the Reception to wait as the staff hasnt arrived yet. Few minutes later Center Manager came and started making calls to the staff as more people started to come. Still no staff! I waited there for 30 minutes but not a SINGLE staff came who processes the application. I simply walked out of the center after wasting 30 minutes of my day. Not professional. Really not!

Well i have been to this place a few times and well serviced from a guy on counter 4 where I started my entry permit till visa stomping i can’t thank him enough for his performance , as he helped me and was following all my transactions , and i wish i could meet any of the managers to thank them for agreat staff like him and he has earned my respect when i saw him helping another guy who couldn’t walk and went all the way to the cashier and grabbed a payment machine big hand for him 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

They made the visa for my Nanny as planned (even if it took a long time) but then when I cancelled her visa and I wanted to get my money back from Tadbeer, they asked me 600dhrs just to make the request telling me that it was the rule.However, I asked to Tadbeer and its not true at all,I eventually went to Tadbeer and got my deposit back without paying a single penny. For this reason, I would not do business with them again because I do not like people who take advantage of me.

Im very satisfied with the services. The staff were very helpful in processing my sons visa assisting me every step of the way from attestations, to procuring required documents and most importantly being available on call for inquiries and updates. I will definitely be procuring their services for all my Amer related needs.

Unprofessional service, I will not recommend to any one. last month 07 December 2020 I submitted my daughter and wife visa renewal through this center. The process is too slow and each thing we need to remind them.These people are checking their customer patience .Still I dint receive my daughter emirates ID because they didnt upload passport and new visa in the ICA system. Each day I am reminding them.

I visited this place since it was closer to my residence but this place is poorly managed as most of the staff members dont wear face masks even with covid SOPs in place, what a shame...the staff member I dealt with mentioned my email address incorrectly on the government website due to which I didnt receive any email..when I wrote to their email address to send me email, no one replied back..

I have been quite frustrated with the service of this place since the Covid outbreak has happened. Have emailed Fathima several times for clarity and all I get is the run around with her. Please ensure you understand the emails I am sending you. You have the documents.

Processed our nanny’s visa here. Good service, not very busy and they offer valet parking. Staff were very accommodating. I think they charge an extra 90dhs if you pay by card.

I had been there for the Visa renewal and though the people There are courteous I did feel that the overall process could have taken less than 15 mins against the nearly 1.5 hrs that I spent in the centre. The staff positions are well manned but waste a lot of time doing unproductive things. Seriously felt that the process could be made and managed in much less time.
