Very poor customer support! I and my husband traveled to Georgia & COVID test charges were prepaid to agency. we couldn’t get tested as per our preferred schedule & we had to take the test at our own cost and find agency in foreign by ourselves. Satguru team members (Niket & Sanjay) are not responding till date for our cash refund of 400 AED. “ Pathetic and unreliable agency “

Worst customer service I’ve experienced in recent times.Called 7 times to get a voucher issued and each time they connected me to the reservations team, it would go on to an answering machine. When called again, I was told they can’t do anything if it’s going on to answering machine as it’s a different department.Unbelievable.
Very bad customer service, they need to charge me for changing flight booking due to COVID-19 while emirates airline not charge, I talk to supervisor and he didnt do any helpIm not advising anyone to to issue ticket from them, I will go to another agent or pay direct to airline rather than them

Such a bad service .... this is my PNR PF9GWF and i din’nt got my refund till now ... they asked me that they will refund in 15 days but did not innitated my refund... my airlines refunded the amount to them but they dis not transferred it to my account...
