Bad customer service. And very bad experience with rehlat. I booked the ticket on July from New Delhi to Dubai. And I requested for refund on 1st of August but till now I no one bothered to reply on the emails and call us back. Whenever I was been calling a customer care agent they always said u will get a revert in 24 to 48 hours, but no one even bothered to call or revert on the emails. Before they said the refund will process in 25 to 30 working days ow they said 60 to 70 working g days. Whenever I am calling no one is bothered to give a correct informationVery very bad experience with rehlat and customer care agentI will not recommend to anyone in my life

Theives!. There is nothing that can better describe these people. I booked an airline ticket through them but the Airline rescheduled the fight for a later day which was not acceptable. So I asked them to cancel it and refund the money. They only refunded 30% of the amount back saying it is not fully refundable from Airlines. When I confirmed this with Spicejet they said they processed full refund.

Booking date was august 2, after 10 minutes I got a email and they asked 150 AED extra because of flight fare deference and I requested for a refund, today September 17 till I didnt get my refund, costomer service will say you will get an update within 24 hour, called them several times. Its a black hole, is there anyway of reporting this company with the UAE authorities. They let you pay in advance for a ticket thats not confirmed, once they realize the airline cant honor the reservation ideally they should refund you the amount at full. However they require you to go through a refund process with no means to an end. There is nobody to escalate the issue and every time you call the contact center its the same answer. Refund is defined as pay back (money), typically to a customer who is not satisfied with goods or services bought. in rehalat case they let you pay in advance for a ticket they cant even honor dont provide service and hold your money for unknown reason, if thats not a scam and of concern to the authorities I dont know what is. Im only giving them 1 star because thats the only way of posting this review they shouldnt even receive quarter of a star.

Worst customer service Ive experienced. Try to avoid them to spare yourself from all these troubles. They are not delivering to their promise. By your bad luck if your flight is cancelled then forget about refund . Airline sent an email that my refund is processed refunded to agent (Rehlat) account and asked to revert from agent. When I called Rehlat, no proper response, after few follow up now they are saying it takes 45 days to refund. That also they say tax is non refundable, I did not cancel ticket, ticket was cancelled by air line . Then how come Rehlat say tax non refundable. If you want avoid all these headaches better to book directly from airline website.

Update: 19/08/2021…….I have finally got my refund now…..not a scam at least though so long delay is not acceptable……..Story posted16/08/2021:I asked for a refund and it was confirmed to me on 16th July that the refund will be there in 10-12 working days. It was not done, when I called them back on 5th August they sent mail to process in 4-5 working days. Again they are asking to wait till Monday. (Photos added for proof)

Liars, frauders and deceivers.Over year and half I did not received my money back despite daily communication with them.I cant find so bad words to describe their unprofessionalism and fraudulent business. Look at other reviews and everything will be clear.

The kind of attitude the customer care people show to you is almost like you are begging in front of them for a service. I wanted to know about the refund as I cancelled the booking, the person I spoke was talking to me with lot of arrogance, like I was asking some money from him in credit.I dont suggest these people, since I value my self respect.

I wouldve put this in the negative if it allowed me to.The company took my money and didnt make the booking on my wedding anniversary. So much unnecessary stress when this shouldve been sorted. Very poor, i tried to book ticket last two days , i have filled up all the details, final paying stage, this ticket has been sold. i tired 6 times, same response, i called rehlat call center, they said that their system is not updated. Worst experience ever. I booked a ticket from India to UAE in March 2020 and the flight has been cancelled due to Covid-19 and I have been following up since then to get a refund. They emailed me I will get a refund before December 2020 and I received nothing till now. And now they didn’t even give a time frame. They just tell they will refund ASAP but won’t do anything. It’s been more than a year now. I don’t recommend them.

Very pathetic service. I had to follow up multiple times for cancelation and rehlat was unresponsive and had to eventually reach out to airlines directly. Finally Rehlat deducted about 50% of ticket cost as admin charges for the cancellation.

Do not ever book on this travel agency as i had a nightmare dealing with them they are very unprofessional in terms of email respond and phone calls, all customer service were very rude and they even hang up the phone while you are talking with them and not even giving you proper answer. I had to send email to Airlines itself directly to intervene and thats the time i received a good answer on email and they even trying to call me from egypt. Once you have booked a ticket end of service from them, they wont care anymore and in the end you have to beg for them as if they are your customer and it was their money. Do not be fooled, deceived by promotion ticket if you have budget go and book directly from airlines website as youll get decent help. I have sent over 40+ emails same response, i dont know if it is a real human nor a bot. Airlines had refunded the money in just 2 weeks and it took almost 5 months from them to refund my money. I booked my flight ticket for Indigo in January 2021 and my flight got cancelled due to some issues and my ticket was refundable so I requested for a refund March 2021. It has been more than 5 months and I have sent them multiple emails and called them so many times and I have still not gotten my money back. Nearly 2 months ago, I re booked a ticket that was canceled due to pandemic. Rehlat asked me to pay the difference through a link, which I immediately did. Few minutes later I received an email from Rehlat customer service claiming that the Airline refused to issue my ticket and a refund will be in place in maximum 5 days. Now almost 2 months and multiple emails and still no refund. Rehalt also refuses to clarify the fate of my ticket. I strongly advice every one to NOT use this company. It appears they are fraud and un professional.

Horrible, unreliable booking service

I purchased a ticket since last year got cancelled and until now no response on refund from Rehalt side, they blame the Airline company but they wash their hands there is no commitment to solve issue or refund money.

Cancelled my tickets in March this year and the airline clearly specified that it was free cancellation because of COVID. However till date despite numerous follow up refund is not provided. Their email response is standard saying that refund will happen in a few days . 6 months since cancellation still waiting for that few days to happen. I used to book my flight tickets through Rehlat quite often, there were few issues at times but the overall platform was Ok.However last time there was an urgent need to book a ticket from Dubai to India, I booked the ticket in night around 8 pm for the next day flight but I havent got the ticket confirmation so I called their customer care regarding this issue. They told to check and get back to me on mail, surprisingly their customer care doesnt have an option to call back to customers even for urgent matters. Ive received a mail from them after two hours that fare for that particular flight has been increased by AED 50 and I want to book the ticket or cancel it, while checking the fare again on their website as well as on other websites it was still the old so Ive asked them to cancel the ticket and process the refund. Ive booked the ticket again from their website but its the same story repeated and this time they asked to 70 AED as additional fare. Than Ive got it cancelled and booked from Tajawal.com and got the ticket confirmation within 30 second of booking the ticket. Looking at my last experience I wont recommend it to other users specially who need to book tickets for urgent needs.

One of my friends booked a ticket with Rehlat for 31st July, 2020 during covid lockdown which was later cancelled by the airline and my friend was informed that the refund will be processed within 90 days which itself is surprising as no company/bank takes 90 days to refund money. Worst service...Regret for booking in Rehlat...Booked for 23rd May for Oman Air Flights to Hyderabad..but due to COVID-19 i had received message that flights were cancelled and required Refund would be processed and cleared...but till date despite several calls to Rehlat Call centre and emails my refund has not yet been processed and when contacted Oman air office they confirmed all refund issues are cleared from their side and asked to contact Rehlat for refund...during these difficult period we are made to run from pillar to post to get our refund and Rehlat is making matter worse by not processing the Refund nor giving clear picture as when the issued will be solved....I regret my booking in Rehlat and would recommend others not to book thru them as very poor & worst customer service...The worst travel agency experience ever in my life. Not Recommended. Very slow and unprofessional services. They’ll increase the fare while booking and will ask to pay additional fare to confirm your ticket and to manage your booking they take Days to reply you, might be your trip is completed before they answer your query.

Worst possible travel agency with poor value and ethics. Booked a travel to India through Rehlat on srilankan airlines in April 2020 due to covid my flight got cancelled by airlines since then I am chasing for my refund. My biggest concern is that when I myself tried to contact srilankan airlines they ask for refund application number which Rehlat is not providing me.they simply state in emails that we cannot provide your refund application number as its against their policy.what kind of policy prevents customers from knowing their own refund application number.
