Don’t be fooled by this company. It’s misleading. Me and my boyfriend decided to avail the new years eve celebration in a desert by Rayna Tours and paid more than a thousand dirhams.The inclusions should have the following:- Unlimited Alcohol ( we chose the one with alcohol ) it says in the website Sparkling wine is included- Camel Riding- Henna Designing & Arabic Dress Photograph- Shisha Facility- BBQ Dinner- Unlimited Coffee, Tea- Belly Dance Show- Tanura Show by Male Artist- Pick Up and Drop Off to your hotel/ResidenceWe ended up paying for the VIP table (which is fine) because they will be serving the food instead of falling in line.We paid for the Shisha which should be Included.No Camel Riding, No Arabic Dress Photograph.I paid for holding the Falcon bird and the staff there will aggressively ask the payment and another payment for askig the soft copies of the photos, and they will be charging you with different amount again for printing the photos!Also, when you pay by credit card, they will charge you AED 8.00 for the feeThe alcohol section? They only have a beer (red horse) and unknown brand from India.Red Label and Absolute Vodka.Rayna Tours did not even show up to accomodate their customers or have explained anything!I DEFINITELY DON’T RECOMMEND THIS TRAVEL AGENCY.

Disgusting service! They confirmed my booking for dhow cruise marina. They asked me to make payment. I did. After that they called me that there is no available pick up after I paid! They are asking me to go by taxi instead. How come??? I already paid everything! Disgusting! Corrupt!

It was a terrible experience dealing with Mr. Jatin who would not even bother to call back or reply back to messages after taking the payment. I had to call him multiple times in a day but he would never answer and neither would he call back. In the end I decided to to everything myself and get the job done.

I inquired into this travel company and they have assisted me well.

Complete fraud

Regrettable experience! We hired a tour from Spain with this company for the one-day stop in Abu Dhabi that we had planned. It cost us around 130 euros for two with food included. We were supposed to start at 10.30am until 6pm. They called us in the morning to tell us what better between 11 and 11.30. They arrived around 11:45 a.m. It turns out that it was not a tour from Abu Dhabi but we were connected with a tour from Dubai. So while they were arriving they took us to the Hilton hotel to a museum store where they tried to sell us everything for an hour. They also warned us that since it was Friday, we might not see the mosque ...The driver tells us that there are changes and takes us to the Ferrari world. One in the afternoon ... We havent seen anything, we havent seen the guide yet ... But we imagine wed see the circuit or something. Nothing ... Entrance of the mall and to keep waiting. Two in the afternoon ... The guide picks us up and we find a very lively Ghanaian tour. Next stop, the guides brother or cousins nut shop ... 2.30 we see buildings from the bus ... One minute stop in front of the fast and furious building. Uyyyy time to eat. Family buffet ... We have to fight that we have food included. Next stop, another shop, yes, of jewelry, perfumes, tapestries ... Another hour ... Its after four. Announcement ... Lets go to the mosque. Amazing. Of course, 45 minutes and end of the tour.You worst tour ever. You Will pay only to be taken yo shops with not a single opportunity to see much of the city. They Also picked us late, wasted the whole morning doing nothing whole waiting first for the driver and after for the tour to start as it CAME from Dubai. It has been a real scam and a waist of money. Pathetic! Thanks God were able to visit the mosque at least. No Ferrari World and only a poor sightseeing from an old bus. We has also to remind the guide we had our meal included ...

I bought 4 packages already used three, all packages are expensive, dinner on board the boat was good but did not have the henna tattoo without any explanation, when I buy something I want to get exactly what I bought, if for some reason the company does not If I can fulfill the agreement, I would like to be informed and have the option to accept or receive the money back.The hop-on, hop-of bus I bought two days, it was very expensive and for me it was not worth the cost, there are few stops, the stops were not interesting for me, so I made the whole trip in one afternoon, the only point i found interesting was 23, the other points i think would be better to go by subway or taxi.The trip to Abudab is good, but, I did not like to waste time in a mall where they were offering us expensive jewelry, are beautiful ... the goal was to know the Mosque, unfortunately the time to take photos and know was very limited, less from 1:30 pm had queue and could not enjoy visit as I wanted.
