This People are not real to do for Visa, as I have done solve the case who took money and not provide the visa as per their commitment

We got a good price of the service we just avail,only special mention to the staff named MARJORIE at NAIF BRANCH,we had submitted our payment and documents to her after we talk to someone on the phone whom she said is her superior, but everytime we ask for an update,she will talk impolitely and even drop the call in one of our conversation,she even said we are not her client and we had avail of the service from his boss and so she is not benifiting from it and make us feel we are bothering her everytime when we ask for an update after 5 days that one of my friend has not get the visa whom they promise with 2 to 3 days.I understand that the staff is working individually with their own clients but please I suggest that you teach your staff on proper customer service.Though your price is good,I will never avail of any of your service and wont ever recommend to any of my friends again.

We really enjoyed the Musandam Tour last Monday. The staff are very accommodating from the time we booked the tour with Patrickuntil we reached the place, the service was really good. Keep it up guys👍

Worst service ever! Agents dont know how to update and respond properly and claiming that they have experienced with this kind of service and business. Incorrect booking and negligence with their services. Theres a lot of tour and travel agencies out there, no need to waste your time, money and effort here.

VERY BAD travel agency...they are after your money...greed...they dont mind abt the current rule and laws abt immigration laws about visit visa instead they will mind what news is trending...no advice..no orientation

I have a booking for a Safari. I wait the car at lulu hypermarket. One couple with us get a car but we dont have. I dont know your process but its not normal. The driver say me a other car coming. But nobody coming

My husband and I are meeting today at 7:45 am in front of the LULU hypermarket for a safari. the booking has been confirmed yet no one has supported us we have waited until 9:11 we are still on the place of appointment we are waiting we tried to contact the agency by mail and whatsapp, and Immo. The phone number is unreachable! we woke up at 6:00 am with my husband to be on time and we paid the taxi for 40 AED, only to go .... its not professional. the agency is unreachable since this morning! we are on vacation and this problem has spoiled our vacation. we are waiting for news from the agency hoping for a commercial gesture. reservation in the name of Mr Yassine Siki.

Princess tourism agents are not to be trusted. They lie and mislead clients just to sell. Be careful and do not trust this company its a scam.
