They organized a wonderful desert safari experience for us. The driver, who is also the tour guide, comes with car to pick you from your hotel and will finally drop you back at night as well. Our guide was Mr Ibrahim and he was good. All the orient cars pick up clients and at a point enter the desert, they deflate some air from the tires and then go on the sand dunes.They stop for photography, camel point and finally the campsite. The food is good, great performances.. fire show, welcome dances and belle dance .There is falcon show, a small camel ride, mehandi/ heena etc.It gets cold at night so carry warm cloths.A must do when in dubai

I booked two tours for my boss and his grilfriend-The first one was the Dubai City Half-Day Sightseeing Tour via Tripadvisor, perfectly organized, arranged via Whats App and personal contact. The experience itself (with a German guide) was a great overview for my boss of the city. They also had a lot of fun, and could ask any question.Because of the great experience I decided to contact Orient Tours directly for their return, and a made-to-measure Dubai Desert Safari including a camel ride, dune diving and a personal photoshoot. The rest will be history for my boss and his girlfriend:Orient Tours organized a just perfect time for them, including a great, fun, professional, on-point service from the whole team, but particulary from Mahareef Mohammed. He does a stunning servce-oriented job, his communication skills are exceptional, and he creates unforgettable made-to-measure-moments. He even organized a brilliant photgrapher, and I, in the background, had so much fun and knew my boss in very good hands, from the beginning. He is an absolute care giver.A huge Thanks!

Fantastic experience seeing the sunrise in the desert. Then went dune bashing which was great fun. The guide was professional, well informed and friendly.

Desert safari with Orient is the worst nightmare for a family since the desert driving was horrible and as a result, my 5-year-old puked inside the car and there were no precautions (plastic bags, etc.) taken.Despite helping us to get ourselves cleaned, the camp manager (Maleha Camp), Rifiq was treating us as if we had committed a crime, asking just AED 150 to get the car cleaned. We were really shocked to see his behavior when he yelled at us saying you should take care when you have a SICK KID when this incident was totally a result of poor driving.Then we wanted to speak to a higher official and here comes Mr. Maharif over the phone, who is laughing at us saying just pay your AED 150 and enjoy the rest of the evening.When we had already paid AED 500, paying another AED 150 was never a concern but their insulting behavior as if we are going to run away in the middle of the desert, without paying them was never expected. We paid another AED 150 for the car cleaning and came back without staying for any entertainment/dinner.Please avoid this company that ridiculously treats its customers and does not know what customer service means at all.

The communication was poor. Had to follow up with them multiple times(being a tourist & without local no) and just got arrogant responses. The prices they quoted are high even after I provided coupons from Emirates smiles app. Problem is I sent them the coupon already and after that they quoted the price so on purpose increased it. In essence I would not recommend anyone to go with them unless they make effort to improve their basic answering and treating / helping customers who are tourist !

Best customer service ever. Spontaneous replies over emails by Miss Nelcie and also prompt call back made on a weekend to update me on my query, after they received my email on a weekend. Will suggest ORIENT TRAVELS to my friends and family. Also very good communication done my Mr RAHUL to help n support the Stranded Mumbaikars reach back to Mumbai. Even though he is no more working with Orient Travels. He still kept us updated on the travel policies and procedures very patiently. He deserves a come back.

A very nice trip, from the pick up to the camp all was set and well prepared. The driver was nice and the car was comfortable. Quad, camel , BBQ all was nicely done making it an excellent safari.

Had a great desert safari with orient. Sujith, Mahroof, Rafique were really helpful. Everything was arranged as promised. Desert safari was great, good food, good programs etc. Had a great time there. I had also requested cab for abu dhabi tour and we had excellent service that day too. Tickets to different parks was arranged by them which was cheaper than buying directly. Overall very happy and would strongly recommend them for your travel/tour needs. Excellent customer care. Keep up good work guys!

WORST BRANCH SHARJAH NATIONAL PAINT BRANCH.WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE BY NIRMAL. TOURIST VISA TOOK 4 DAYS AND THEY STOPPED PICKING UP CALLS AND WERE TRYING TO MAKE FUN OF IT.

I got the travel insurance from them, just 50AED and you get it the same day, they will need the ticket and passport copy. Thanks team orient.

We booked a morning desert safari with arabian breakfast through viator which was fulfilled by orient tours.Overall the experience was ok. The driver was a bit grumpy and opinionated but we felt safe throughout the trip. The Falcon experience was pretty cool and the drive was a highlight.The desert camp was very underwhelming. The arabian coffee was disgusting and breakfast comprised of two slices of cold bread and some lukewarm eggs.. grim.For two people we felt £70 was a fair price, especially in Dubai where everything is expensive.Overall, if you are on a tight budget there are probably worse options out there.

Went on the 2 day super saver booked through Viator. One day old city tour second day desert safari out of Dubai.As it was half the price of some other tours offering the same itenarary and the google rating was not that flash, i was expecting the worst.. What we got were 2 EXCELLENT tours and great service.The old city tour with chandi gave great insight into WHY dubai is what it is today and how things used to be. The tour group was small 20pax and we had plenty of free time at the various stops.The second day, desert tour, they were running late and rang the hotel to let us know in plenty of time. The car was a modern 4x4 and comfortable over the dunes and we had the same car and driver the whole time. It included all the things advertised, camel farm, falcon show, camel ride , shows, sisha pipe, arab coffee, henna tatoos etc and even to hold a falcon. Food and 3 shows were great also. Bobby was the main guide and it was a convoy of 7 cars only so the camp so not crowded (late august off season).All in all 2 great tours at a good price and unlike the other reviews i had no issues in comunications with the companies Dubai office.

Scheduled a tour of Abu Dhabi with this company. My wife became ill and we could not go on the scheduled day. Requested that it be rescheduled due to my wifes illness. Mr. Rizzo, the Orient Tours representative, was very rude and refused to reschedule the tour. He insisted on sending the driver even though I told him we could not go due to my wifes illness. I am sure he did this so we could be listed as a no-show. I paid almost $400 for this tour, all of it wasted. This is very poor customer service. My family and I spend a lot of time in Dubai, but we will not be scheduling any more tours with Orient Tours. Stay away from these rude, greedy people. There are better tour services in Dubai who provide much better customer service. In hindsight, we should have gone on the tour and had my wife vomit all over their vehicle. It is what this company deserves.

I wanted to definitely experience a dessert drive while traveling with a bullet, so take a tour from 4:15 am early so that you wont lose time! About 40 to 50 minutes to the desert, first watch the sunrise, offer a breakfast box (sandwich, fruits, cupcakes etc.) & coffee time when the sun goes up. After that I enjoyed the performance of the condor and the experience of putting it on my arm. Last but not least, there is an exciting side to drifting in the desert. Before 9:00, I was able to return to the hotel, the time was meaningful, and the cost was the lowest price (47 USD) on the internet, so I was satisfied!

They are good operators. They have tried to solve our problem since we had to return by Covid 19 and we had pending services. They tell us to go to King Midas which is the wholesaler of Argentina and oh surprise they deny us attention. Orient Tours Dubai tried to help us, the bad predisposition is from our country that they want to take advantage of everything we have paid for and now they do not want to take over.

It was very worth it! Dinner is not wonderful, but the package itself is worth every penny. I consider it one of the best days in the UAE.

The best experience of our stay in Dubai!An activity that I recommend to everyone, through the sensations, the landscapes and the discoveries.The driver picked us up from our hotel, and the organization was perfect. A first stop in a station for a pose before the big departure in the desert, with two photo stops, sensations in the dunes worthy of a thrill ride. The discovery of a camel farm where we were able to feed them (our guide made a detour and we went to gather grass, we were the only ones to do it). One arrived at the camp with a falcon show, camel ride and quad bike (the quad was the only activity paying 150 dirham per person). Photo with the falcon on the hand. Practice of shisha and henna. Then small barbecue.The big plus, all drinks are included in the price.The staff are really welcoming and very kind.For the photos we have to pay 25 euros for all the assets (photos + video from the beginning until the last moment)In prospect a magnificent afternoon and an extra driver!

We had a terrible experience with orient tourIt is the second time that we go to dubai because the place is incredibleUnfortunately we hired the 4 X 4 excursion in the desert with themOnce you score low (see trip advisor) they become more aggressive than what we suffered on the excursion, they invent and lie.We also observed it in the negative comments they have on trip advisor that the same thing happened to themThey are aggressive people who do not accept criticismThe most important thing is that some drivers, like us, drive very aggressive and if someone vomits in the car, as happened to us, they make you pay for the laundry !!!! Amazing instead of worrying they make you pay the laundryOn the trip we had 2 more cars the same thing happened to them, one of them had hired a private excursion they had to stop the car, the passengers asked us if we had dramamine because the driver warned them that if they vomited they should pay for the washing.Find out another company in Dubai to do the tour.It is a company of very bad, aggressive and lying people
