Called the customer care, agent who answered the phone was not pleasent to speak to.And no toll free number BTW.

Very bad experience, we took musandam package and there were no snorkeling, fishing etc. Food was not there which they gave in the menu. Worst and horrible food. The travel starting by 6.15 but driver took by 6.45. Mid of the way driver was rude to ladies when they asked to stop for rest rooms. Dont believe in their promises.Worst travel agency and fake packages.

The tour was terrible because of the transportation as we had to wait for inconsiderate late people and we havent even had dinner yet and the driver refused to let us take a cab and wanted us to wait longer but i couldnt take it and left to take a cab and we had dinner at 10 at night which is extremely unacceptable and its so bloody hard to get a refund and they are extremely rude to customers and extremely stubborn all they care about is money and i am 13 years old and i really dont recommend people to go for tours under this company and to be honest its easier to do it on your own and like buy the tickets online and take a cab and yea bloody rude and stupid
