I place my ticket reservation here for Emirates airlines bound to Philippines..I go to the satwa branch on March 7 and I decided to book my flight by March 25 unfortunately March 24 at evening time all the flights going out to UAE are being cancelled...what happened is Ill wait until my ticket is being booked again but unfortunately its not being happened just because the ticketing agent always telling me that the price of my ticket is more lesser compare to the present price of the ticket and its less priority by the airline, so Ill still patiently waiting for the flights schedule..until one day since Im really hopeless to get my flight my previous company call me to come back with them...I decided to cancelled my ticket and they accept it..but the hardest part of it is the ticketing agent tile me that she applied the refund last August 12 and its a 30-45 working days...not including Friday and Saturday..and unfortunately until now its not yet Released my refund... Im trying to get in touch with the ticketing agent but most of the time shes just ignoring my messages to her even you will tell her that you need it for emergency purposes since my brother is having a hard time due to his condition (diabetic) and need to buy for his insulin...I hope that one day they will call me and give some good news about my concerns...and probably this would be my last transaction with them...

Advised they would not refund emirates flight which didnt happen due to lockdown, stating Emirates would not refund. After much complaint and getting DTCM involved issued partial refund with post dated checks 2 months later whereas already had confirmed with Emirates they had processed the refund 4 months prior!

I would like to share may experience to this agency. Ill buy 2 tickets last February for me and to may cousin and our flight is April but the pandemic starts march..but ill ask may agent if still our flight its ok and she till yes..3 week of march ill ask again and she till still the flight open but we know already dubai is lockdown and all flights cancelled..and she ask me if i wont to cancel they well process and i need to pay 300aed for penalty 80aed for non refundable TAX and 25aed for processing..and i tell ok bcoz we know theres no flights..and she till they will process ounces they get the refund they will inform me to get but ill never recive any information..1st week of April ill ask may agent about the refund our tickets and she till its already refund last march 30 but already lockdown so i need to wait again until they open..and she said ounces they open she will inform me again..but ill never receive any information..ill ask again may agent last July and she till its already open.so ill go ther.. ill talk their accountant and he till i well get may refund on August..so ill till ok..1st week of August we go there but may agent she till the accountant he works only morning so nothing happen again..today ill again but the accountant its not there so ill ask the one staff if they have main office but she dont like to give if they have main office..ill go outside and ask some people if have any happy holiday agency in satwa and theye till one more branch near in pizza so ill go there..then ill reach there ill ask may kabayan if this is the main office of happy hollyday and she till yes..and she till u can talk to may manager..and the manager he get all information regarding may complain and he till he will email to them..so i need to wait again when they well be respond may complain.. FROM MARCH UNTIL NOW...

We won an umrah package from a company in UAE and the company wanted us to process our travel through Happy Holidays. We had to pay for our visa and childs travelling expenses while the sponsoring company to pay all other expenses.I got in touch with Mr. Amith Edwin, senior Consultant.I found out their charges were 40% higher than any other agency in Dubai.Whenever i asked an explanation, Mr Amith has been giving explanation that is very obviously fake.I will post the WhatsApp screenshots with Mr Amith if he try to prove this comment is wrong.I kindly request and encourage Happy Holidays to prove me wrong.

Hope u clarify first to the me the price of each im not aware of this affidavit and now they want me to pay and telling they will do something for my friend visa. Dont cheat thats it tell direct that affidavit are extra charge... Dont tell package of this this after later on u will tell 200aed for affidavit. .

I just called and a friendly filipina named melanie explained to me the procedure and docs needed to get my cousin on visit visa. She is so kinf and straight forwarf about the points and procedure.
