I used your company to travel to Azerbaijan, and it was good experience with the travel guide beside us and the country itself in general. However, with regards to the hotels, it was very bad to me personally as the hotel place is in a place where I could not have inner peace which I seeking for, plus it was near construction field where any guy could come to our room with no proper separation between us. We had to pay double the money as we arranged another hotel by ourselves and you didnt bother to prioritise our request or give it any consideration claiming that All UAE is closed and you apologise as there is nothing in hand to be doneI recommend you to pay more attention to your people and considerate their requests otherwise you will lose all your clients!
