Beware Al sawsan General AA rip off company,I was told that my furniture was 12 to 13 cubic meters it end up being 24 cubic meters so thats double the price.I was told it will take 15 to 30 days to reach my home country,it took 50 days .I was never told that I have to pay internal delivery fees from local distribution to my home so basically I paid a fortune well thats one thing.The Other shipment was my Car.Thats the disaster I was told shipped to my home country all in all 3600 AED.I was told itll take up to 30 days it took 90 days to reach me.Once its was shipped.They asked me for an extra 770 $Us dollars. I was shocked as nothing was clear ...In scammers business this is called hidden charges .Well I refused to pay and decided to take things in my own hands to find another cargo agent to finish my car business.These charges actually to clear my car from the port paying the private cargo company.Well I and up paying 440$Instead of 770$.My review is pure bad experienceBy the way the 1 star ⭐ is just for the packaging.

Even that one star is over rating them. Shipped our furniture with them after 37 years in the Gulf, 25% arrived broken and had to be thrown away or did not arrive at all. Some cartons were not shipped and were replaced with RUBBISH and food left overs!!!! so the count of the cartons was correct. Add to that the shipment was not insured contrary to our agreement.Pictures are available.
