Dawoud was our guide and he was very kind, helpful, and always warned us about anyone who would try to upsell us at the safari shows.He was an incredible driver through the dunes!! You will feel safe with himI went with a group of 6 people and it was soooo fun! I recommend this tour/ guide 100%Price was affordable and it included a camel ride, food, entertainment. He also picked us up from our hotel and was right on time.Please come and enjoy this with your loved ones!4 wheelers is an upcharge but sooo worth it!!Also, it was very easy to book. I contacted dawoud through WhatsApp 16 hours before pick up and he was right on time!!

We had the most enjoyable time on our desert safari with Red Dunes. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to experience the desert in Dubai and all it has to offer. I booked via email on the red dunes website, I had a very prompt response with a booking confirmation and cost. I booked the private tour, which meant the car was for me and my friends only, not sharing with anyone else, this made it even more enjoyable as we could go on our own schedule and because we were only 4 people, it made the car spacious. Shuaib, our driver was fantastic!!! I would give him 5 stars as a tour guide and driver! He was a man of few words but knowledgeable on any questions my friends and I asked of him, he was a fantastic driver and made us feel very comfortable and welcome. The places he took us for sunset were the perfect photo opportunity, we were offered camel rides, photos with a falcon, full dinner and show, very organized and professional. When the drivers adjust the air pressure in their tires we are offered use of bathroom as well as buying cold water. The people working here asked us to buy traditional head wear and were willing to barter/haggle on the price because we purchased 4, these made our pictures so much more authentic and were a great touch! Overall an excellent experience and a must do when visiting Dubai!

Driver was rude and they wouldn’t accept credit card payment even though the trip was booked via the HSBC entertainer app. I have used them before and they have been excellent. After this experience I will definitely not use them again and would suggest you to find another tour operator. I did complain but they haven’t answered my questions. So please be careful!!!

We had an amazing time, Ali is a very experienced driver and guide. Food was ok( service could be improved but not dependant on this company). Prompt pickup from hotel, briefed about the experience and 5* all together.

Absolutely terrible experience. I contacted them two months in advance to book my trip for some of friends who are visiting and they said “booking not open” yet. I gave them the two dates I am looking for and they said they would let me know so I waited. ONE WEEK before the date I asked for, they told me they could not take me on the dates I requested and proposed an alternative which didn’t work for me. When I complained to them that they should have told me earlier when bookings were open they claimed that “booking not open” meant that I’m they were “fully booked” which is NOT the same thing. This is absolutely unacceptable. And now it is too late for me to make a booking with another company. DO NOT USE THEM unless your dates are flexible because they are UNRELIABLE.

I have been to dessert safari manier times, however this one was special. starting from finding a great deal on groupon, reservation and call assistance, pick-up drop service, car quality and most importantly, dune bashing, camp activities and food; everything was up to the mark. Special thanks to our driver Dawoud. He was the reason we enjoyed this experience. We booked this on 31st December and traffic is usually busier but the driver picked-up on time from our home and was so flexible with drop-off location and timings. We has great dune bashing skills indeed and we were on dunes for almost 35 minutes. The camp was great, too - a table very next to the performance stage was kept reserved for us as we opted for VIP service, which was great. food was OK with lots of vegetarian options and good considering the dessert conditions. sweets were great.I would recommend you to ask for Dawoud when you book their service, you will not be disappointed. He is also quite friendly and you can have a nice chat about Dubai and UAE since he has been here for more years than you can imagine.Good luck and have a nice time.

Book with red dunes more than 3 months ago of our arrival. The day before I sent a confirmation email (although it was all previously confirmed by email with the company) but I just did it. When sending the mail less than 24 hours before our excursion. Mr. Mohammed Galahad canceled the trip and failed his commitment. I do not recommend it because they did not call me or sent an e-mail to let me know. I only found out when I sent an email. Very bad management, few professionals and nothing recommendable. I missed a beautiful tour in Dubai because it was impossible for me to contract with another company

My family of 6 had a wonderful experience with the desert tour! Dawoud was absolutely wonderful and customized the trip for us! We had some extra time to shop at the ATV place. Then he played some of our music from the USA while we dune bashed, he was even dancing! My son is 8 and the trip was safe and fun for him. Later we took some amazing pictures and headed to the camp, where we arrived early enough to get our food and henna before the rush. After all was said and done, we enjoyed coffee and ice cream, courtesy of our driver! We asked Dawoud many questions about local culture and he was very knowledgeable about everything. We learned so much and couldnt be happier with this amazing groupon find!

When driving, both hands should be on the steering wheel. the drivers right hand is always on the phone. driving and Dubizzle at the same time while on dubai-al ain road. passengers safety should be top priority. make the road roadworthy not only for your customers but for other users as well.The thing we enjoyed during this trip was the camp, excellent performance specially on the last one, the fire dancer.

NOT RECOMMENDED, based on my experience last week with Red Dunes Tourism, i highly encourage everyone whos thinking to use their services, not to do, due to the unsafety and the danger we faced with them. I booked through Groupon the Polaris 800cc for one hour, and only after 10 minutes of starting, the Buggy broke down BECAUSE OF FUEL, (they didnt even bother to ensure the Buggy has enough fuel before they give it to us) so we called them to pick us up, but surprisingly and unexpectedly the staff members have no idea how to get to the location, they dont even have internet service on their mobiles, they can only connect through wifi at the centre itself, so we sent our location and they couldnt find us in 5 hours, where we had to call a private company to come and rescue us. We had to pay 800 AED to this company, and the person in charge who was there refused to pay us back this amount claiming that they hold no responsibility, and that we had to check the fuel before we take the Buggy (and the fuel sign on the dashboard is not working)Also, they didnt return the 300 AED i paid for the one hour rent, not even offering us another ride. They were so rude and careless.They are absolutely unprofessional, all what they care for is money disregarding the safety of their clients.

We booked a desert safari and had a excelent experience with this company. The booking comunication worked well, the tour was well organized and we had the pleasure to have Ranif as our driver. Funny, extremaly kind and a smart driver. We had a lovely korean family with us and we say hi to them. 😉We thank the tour company!

Very very rude driver and poor communication from the company. The driver would not respond to our questions and if we asked him again, he would get angry and respond rudely. Not sure if it was just our driver or all the drivers in the company are the same.
