Worst cruise to go ride!! No proper arrangements, seatings are not good!! No proper sanitation.. food is ok but service is worst!! Before booking think twice!!

Overall good..but some cons to be addressed.ProsExperienced driver ejaz4x4 land cruiser in good conditionSand dunes drive was good.Fire , belly dance goodCons.1.Unplanned quad bike , ejaz took us here n told to do it , recommending its too good but its not good decision. It costed 110 aed which we were not aware off. Our time got consumed here.2. Ejaz dint stop us for taking photos in sand dunes n no sunset photography.3. Camel ride is too short4. Food not upto d mark.

Its a good place to visit.you can enjoy beautiful desert and hukkas and drinks here.the main attraction is belly dance which is extraordinary good.they are wearing traditional dresses whit lights on it.you can wear traditional dresses there(for few minutes or for few clicks).the only thing which i dont like is food.food is not good in taste and not properly cooked(vegetarian food,idont knw abt non-veg food).management was not up to the mark.

We did the yacht cruise with Oasis Palm Tourism. It was a terrible experience. They send us a location where we’d meet but when we arrived there, we were told that Oasis Palm Tourism closed their office. We called them and they said we had to go to another location. Getting there, we called again and they said we had to come back to (about) the first location. After 1,5 hour we found them. Then they started searching for a boat but there was no available boat. They drove us like 30 minutes and took us to a catamaran with a small boat which was fine but we missed half of the trip already. In meantime they were shouting at us because they said they sent us the new location. They never told us that the location was changed so how could we know?We went on board of the catamaran. 2 people were on the waterscooter (and 1 at the back) for 3 minutes. That’s it! No banana boat, only swimming. They informed us about that 2 days before the tour. The food was horrible! There were hardly any drinks. If you ask for coca cola they say it’s gone. 5 minutes later you see coca cola. Please don’t book anything with this terrible company and even worse management!

I cannot recommend Oasis in any way at all. The pickup was 2 hours late which meant we only reached the desert after dark. So there was no 4x4 dune bashing, no quad biking, no dune surfing or camel rides. We arrived in time for the traditional meal and belly dancing. The Oasis driver/host was rude and unfriendly and the meal was not up to the standard advertised. In general an unpleasant and disappointing experience. So far Oasis have ignored our requests for a refund.

I will recommend Desert Safari only of Oasis Palm Tourism; it is the best camp I have ever visited. Dune Bashing was one of the most thrilling activities. Food was mouth watering with the variety of dishes and entertaining performances doubled the enjoyment.

I loved the desert safari with Oasis Palm. The trip began with the thrilling dune bashing. The entertainment programs in the camps including Belly dance were interesting. The dinner buffet was the perfect way to end the day.

One of the worst service they have provided for me. I booked a desert drive through this and from beginning to end they show how to cheat a tourist. I never recommended them.

Oasis Palm Tourism, never ever choose this worst service. I went to Dubai Desert Safari in this useless tourism service. Driver was worst person and fake, he added to some jerks, weird group of men into my car really rude people i faced, who came with bad girls to desert safari with us, whole trip resulted Disaster. Driver was cheater. Now about Desert food service which was horrible experience like road side Indian service, in such a restricted Dubai. We should follow Queue system for food and Arab service staff are dominative rough speak to tourist which was unexpected rude shouts on tourists, shame on your service for your kind information you are not providing food for free, really so bad Dubai who left this jerks to serve tourists. Driver was a real joker of this Oasis Palm Tourism, shame on you both for your food service and fraud drivers. Since years public posting bad reviews about worst behaviour at desert food service no one to control them, so they should be owners of this Tourism.

On this Valentine’s Day we decided to spend our evening on Dhow Cruise. The atmosphere of an environment made it special. Dhow was decorated with different colorful lights. In the moonlight across the Dubai Creek my evening become the most romantic. The food is excellent and the belly-dancer is a great surprise with traditional Arabian music. Simply it is a great moment in my life .

The worst experience. Waiting in the middle of nowhere for a 4x4 to pick you up. And non responsive telephone attender. Its a shame how a good company it was and how it has become..

Desert Safari was an excellent experience and loved every part of it. Eat less before starting for desert Safari to avoid vomiting sensation and do take a break to have some nice pics in desert. The desert Safari night camp was awesome. But the experience with Oasis Palm Tourism company drivers was bad and we found them very rude and unprofessional. Also, they were driving with one hand checking WhatsApp messages and making phone calls from another hand (doing office coordination and made car an office for a while). By the way, checking phone while driving is illegal in Dubai and perhaps most part of the world. We finally had to push drivers to behave properly. The overall desert Safari experience was great but not with Oasis Palm Tourism who dont deserve even this one star but unfortunately there is no such provision in rating.

I enjoyed the desert safari to the fullest. The staff were very friendly, the adventures were thrilling and I also loved the food.

Worst experiance ever on dhow cruise, staff have no ethictes to deal with customers, the food provides was horrible. Palm oasis dhow cruise will bring down dubai hospitality image and has to shut it down for good

Do not trust these bunch of cheaters. They will take money for dune bashing in lehbab or margab desert and take you to al awir. Pathetic food. Felt like it was 2 days old food being served in the camp.

Its really a scary experience for me.. But i recommend it to people who would love to feel the soft sand and bouncy ride in the buggys.. They also provide dinner at the desert itself. And youll get to experience the desert at night..

Wonderful experience of the life time..the desert safari on the side was something you can explain in words..its just amazing and exciting..one must have an experience of this if you happen to be in Dubai..its very well organised..the drivers are experts of the desert..they make sure you enjoy every bit of it..the resort in the desert is simply amazing..the food is great and the programs they arrange is worth enjoying..overall a fabulous experience

Do not book desert safari with, really crappy service. Extremely rude driver, charged me more than it was decided over the phone. There are better desert safari options out there. The food was crap, they are just not worth the money.

Amazing Desert Safari experience with family. Dune bashing was fun and the highlight of the evening was tanura dance and belly dance.. It was superb. We thoroughly enjoyed.. :)

Desert Safari certainly brings a unique opportunity to feel the thrill of riding a bike and adventurous moment to spend in a luxurious car with sightseeing activities. Once you experience it you would always want to come back and do it again and again.

Rude staff, poor management, the mangament seems to do rationing of the food. Food is also sub standard. They give you 20 minutes to take food amidst the queque of 50 people. This is to insure you dont get to take second serving. Even for soft drink they will make you to stand in a queque and when you ask to give for your family members they deny stating that they will have to come to take it. The performances were also not up to the expectations. Overall very disappointed with the services. I would recommend not to go for this camp.

Awesome experience, our driver Haneef is professional in driving in the sand dunes and photography :) he also know lots of information in Dubai. I highly recommend this company.

This was my first experience with this company during my stay in dubai. as i was there for only 2 days so i took their combo desert safari with marina cruise dinner.Marina cruise dinner definitely recommended while you stay in dubai. 2-3 hours tour at night. Fresh hot buffet dinner (veg & non-veg) menu with their exclusive tanura dance showDesert safari is half day tour (6-7) hours. the driver was very good, very friendly however i wasnt quite satisfied their dune bashing. dune bashing is known because of its thrilling part. so they need to work on this lil bit while the rest was okay.

I visited Dubai last December in 2013 and i must say it is one of the most fascinating city, each moment spent there was simply awesome and worth to remember. A lots of entertainment option available one of the most affordable is dhow cruise that makes my vacation fantastic.

We 25 people group went with tour for desert it is very bad & they given uncultered behiviour from camp. It is too bad experience in my life.

Desert Safari Dubai is one the best feature of Dubai trip. As per my experience desert safari Dubai trip is amazing to get the different perspective of sundown, sand dunes and driving in the wasteland while the dinner is an added thing.

Never mind to tell, unprofessional, poor Customer service never ever recommend this people including Mala tours Dubai from where we took booking.

Ive always loved Dubai for the shopping but after my first Desert Safari, i can say that is now my favorite Dubai specialty.
