Fantastic desert safari tour and it was awesome. Our driver was Mr. Ali and he was really good! Very friendly, the dune bashing was crazy good, very fun! The tour was at 3pm and ended at 8.00pm. Did dune bashing, camel ride, sand boarding and quad bike. There are some attractions like fire dance and belly dance. Would definitely recommend it

We booked a vehicle exclusively for us as my husband had a mid-morning meeting back in Dubai and Karen very kindly arranged for the driver to pick us up early so we could do everything. DK was excellent. We loved the dune bashing, and he was a good driver, managing to be careful and exciting at the same time! Sandboarding was an experience - and sand gets everywhere, trust me! Then the two men went quad biking, as an extra, which they loved. I highly recommend this company and the experience.

We were only in Dubai for 2 days so doing the half day tour was a good way to see some of Dubai in a short time, First morning desert safari and the rest in travelling the city . Easy to book. Received reply a few mins earlier to say on their way. Small bus took us to bigger bus. Tour guide speaking English explained everything clearly. Opportunity to go on boat taxi and see market. Good value for money.

A wonderful experience from beginning to end. The guides were welcoming and informative. While the weather can be unpredictable and we didn’t get a great view of the sunrise, Azim was a terrific guide and captured some great photos of our trek. On 9th september 2020, we did evening desert safari with our amazing guide was Akram. The experience was absolutely superb, highly recommended!! Akram was fabulous, he was so much fun and made our experience! He was fantastic, thank you sooo much, will definitely do it again in the future.

Our guide was skilled, friendly and knowledgeable on Dubai. The camel trek was amazing in morning with beautiful sightseeing. Go for the desert bashing dont stop there. The car was clean, comfortable and safe!

Going into this unknown to what was going to happen, this was the best sand safari we went on. Our driver was extremely funny and helpful. We did a morning safari and being bashed about in the 4x4 was an experience to say the least. After a short pit stop in the sand dunes we did a spot of sand boarding. What they dont mention is that you have to make your way up by foot...my god what a killer it is getting up those dunes! But a fun experience!

I took an early morning tour when the sun was rising. The only setback at that time is that traveling east the sun was in my eyes so the photos were not great. I would say take a later morning desert safari . The landing at the bottom was awesome. Coming back the views of the Canyon, the lake and the Dam were breath taking

The best eye catching in Dubai! The drivers skills are amazing. You feel like swimming in the sand. The big minus - compulsory visit to a desert restaurant with real bally dance and arab cuisine. Ridiculous!

My wife & I booked this tour while staying at the Al Maha Resort nearby and we couldn’t been more satisfied! Omar was our guide and that we did quad biking, camel riding, dune bashing and sand boarding. Omar was a tremendous guide and gave us a fantastic dune bashing experience. the entire time was about 4 hrs — about 1.5 driving to and from Al Maha resort and therefore the rest were the activities. Since it had been March, the temperature was comfortable, but if you’re here for the summer maybe it’s best to do the tour earlier within the morning. We did it from 10a-2p

It was value visiting Abu Dhabi contained visit of the mosques, the Louvre museum, the Emirate Palace hotel, with an amazing lunch, the region of the AL Ain king Palace one day tour from Dubai. Highly recommend

We were picked up on time at 08:40 and after picking up the other couples we headed to the meeting point in the desert. We stopped on a dune to do sandboarding. afterwards we drove back through the dunes and were dropped off at the hotel safely. Our guide and driver for the city/desert safari was Zaki, we got every cent for the enjoyment we paid for. Visited sights include the Dubai Creek, Dubai Museum, Fujirah museum, Burj Al Arab, a stop at the Palm, drive through the city with the sight of Burj Khalifa and feeding peacocks at the entrance of the Sheikh Mohammad palace. After the city tour, we were at the desert and Zaki with his good driving skill, did a enjoyable dune bashing up and down the desert. We enjoyed our day with the city tour and desert safari.

We took 2 packages 1 with dune bashing and another 1 only for breakfast at safari dessert for elderly and kids.Everyone enjoyed the ambiance, watching sunrise, belly dancing and breakfast. It was a very enjoyable experience as this is our 1st experience go to dessert.So convenience as they provide pick up service from your hotel to the dessert.

He pointed out the sights on the way .We went quad biking which was excellent , as we were the only two there.150UED.The dune bashing was very funny. Osama does mention there are plastic bags in the door, didnt use them thank goodness. Luckily I hadnt had breakfast. He kept stopping for photos.The photos that Osama took of us were out of this world .I then went on the short camel ride. We turned down the sandboarding.Returned back to the hotel just in time for late breakfast.

Hi, I think its worth enjoy early morning desert safari rather in the evening. We Enjoyed dune bashing, sand boarding, belly dance & camel riding. The thing is you get what you pay, their prices are cheaper so they are offering a very nice package in cheap price.Early morning 7 oClock pick up, enjoy the safari in cool time.

DO NOT BOOK THEM ! COWBOYSWas not collected until 8.36 and didnt arrive at the desert until well after half 9. He then asked for 600dhs and i gave it after explaining that i was already annoyed about being so late. The destination was nothing like what was in the picture it was a run down old building at the side of road. We then drove out the back to what they called the desert safari (driving for 2/3 miutes) and got a puncture, we sat and waited until they fixed it (30/40 minutes). They brought us back to the side of road were he put us on quads for a 5/10 minutes. The quads were in a small pen (enclosed square) were we drove around in circles. He handed me a bottle of water and we came back to Dubai, we were dropped home at 12. We did not get anything to what we were promised.I feel this is just no acceptable for 600dhs. It was a complete exaggeration of a safari. I had been on a safari previously in dubai and it was amazing, we were out in the dessert and it was authentic and a proper experience. Where as this company just drove slightly outside Dubai to the side of road to a run down building.When I complained to them they refused to refund compensate me in any way and just ignored all messages and emails.

Desert Safari is a must if you are in Dubai. Book Dubai Trip offers Best Value for money. The drive to the desert takes about 1 hour. You can enjoy quad biking, camel riding, land cruiser juggling down the desert, buy artisanal stuff, sunset pics and much more.

They allocated us to any available slot they had, but not the one we booked without asking us - we were taken for a sand bashing instead the dinner we booked... But they didn’t care and they asked for the money when we were in the desert, so we were forced to pay, otherwise no one would have taken us back to our hotel. To sum up, do not try with this company, they are not reliable...

Had booked for a desert safari tour with my friends and what was supposed to be a 45 minute dune bashing was just a 30 minute dune bashing. To make things worse, they charged my card three times. Instead to resolving the issue and returning the money back they just kept giving excuses. Its been three days and they still havent returned my money yet. Never again. Very disappointing service overall.

Tour guide was completely unprofessional and creepy. He kept touching me and asking if I was married. I went on this tour alone and was so uncomfortable I couldn’t wait for the tour to end so I could get away from the guide. He continued to text me for days despite me not responding (and still does - I just had to block him).The manager reached out to me after I wrote a similar review on tripadvisor and offered me a refund - week later and I still don’t have it. He also offered me compensation to take down the review. This company is unethical and I do not recommend using them.

Pick-up was in time, that was the best on the tour. The driver talks no more than what is absolutely necessary even not during the stops or driving thru the desert, e.g. Wait here....photo....Back now. He was really not in mood for working. Furthermore his mobile phone whilst driving was the most important.The camel ride was a big joke. 20 meters, photos, back. Dune bashing was approx. 30 minutes...we had to ask other guests if they can make a photo. All in all more than 2 hours drive to the desert, 30 minutes dune bashing, 10 minutes camel ride and rest was waiting.I have made a tour with Getyourguide that has been excellent. This driver told us about the desert was funny and friendly.I would never recommend this tour. Maybe, other tours of Arabian Dubai Safari are better I can not imagine. Next time in Dubai I will book Getyourguide and never again Arabian Dubai Safari. I felt cheated with them. Even one star is too much!By the way, the driver never offered water although it was included. As we started the tour four years ago with Getyourguide, the driver offered us water three times during the trip.

TOTAL RIP OFF RED DUNES SAFARIPaid 240 AED for 40 Min drive instead of 150 AED for 20min drive. Driver said only 20 min drive, he must go with leader of group, strange thing there was NO group, only us!!!!!! We did a dunes Safari on a previous visit so we know what it must be like, this trip was really dissapointing.When I mailed a complaint to them, they did not answer me!!!

1. Not allowed to take starter second serving. We are vegetarians and asked for an extra item instead of the chicken sandwich being given to others. We were refused to get anything extra saying that only once per person. The person looked at me as if I was begging.2. Car not as promised. Land Cruiser was promised... But they sent Fortuner.3. Dinner quality was very poor. No paneer.

We took the 6 hours evening desert tour.For 2 adults and two small children (3y, 6y) we negotiated 570 Dirhams.Pick up at our hotel was 1 hour late! Thus, we arrived late at the dune bashing spot. Instead of 30 mins of dune riding we har exactly 16 mins. Then we stopped at a very messy place (plastic bottles everywhere) to “enjoy the sunset and take beautiful pictures”.But before coming the the dunes, something happed to the cars engine. Blue smoke came out off the engine. Probably due to speeding from our hotel to the dune...After that we went to the evening spot. Our drive did not know where to drive, so he had to stop for several times and call the organisation to give him direction. The cars engine made a really strange sound the whole drive and the car got not go faster than 60 mph.Coming to the eventing location, we were the last of approx. 600 people arriving at the spot. Show already started. Everyone had already something to eat and drink.As our children were hungry we asked for food and water. After several discussions we got something (that our children did not like).Show was OK: Belly dance, Fire swallowerThen we rushed to the camel ride, did one round (of approximately 100 m in 60 seconds) and then went to the buffet to eat.Meals were quickly finished and we got some meat (although not enough). Too less food (meat, fish) for too many people. Rice and potatoes were sufficiently available.After that we were pushed to get as quickly as possible back to the car, because everybody did. So there was a dune race going on to avoid queuing.Overall, our children kind of liked it (which is the mayor thing). But I felt ripped off.In the end we paid 500 Dirhams, which is still too much.Never again!!!!
