Took Umrah package on February 2020 from Al Reayah by Bus.The package costed 1150 AED.the busses started around 10am from Dubai.Reached Makkah next day around 3 pm.Took 5 stops for Salah, food refueling etc.Border clearance took 3 hrsHotel room were clean but small, from hotel to Haram there ware busses.5 nights in Makkah and 4 nights in Madeena.Cons:They collaborated with another travel agency named Al Tarviyah as they didnt have sufficient booking to fill entire bus.The bus, bus driver and guide was provided by AlTarviyah.The bus was 10 year old, the seats were NOT comfortable at all, this made the journey very tiring.The bus driver was Arab and didnt know much English so people faced communication difficulties.The Guide was OK. left our group in Madeena without informing, as he had to attend the new group came from UAE.Same bus we got while coming back and it took same time and was not comfortable.Tips from my experience:Ask the travel agency about-Bus condition and how old it is.About the hotels how far it will be from Haram.Drink only Zamzam for the entire stay, keep a small bottle to take along while going for food or hotel.Keep one day extra leave as you will be tired after reaching back.
