Last week we went for Desert safari it was okay experience in desert , but in evening, when we went for dinner , it was like nothing to eat totally wastage of money no single dish the we can eat only salad and nothing at last they should add one type of curry if they are providing naan/chapati ,but this was the worst experience we faced , no service nothing like that very disappointing. , i will not recommend any friend this.

Rayna tours is a good tour company for international travel but inside UAE is not bad but it usually depends on the tour guide you get.Sometimes they can be rude as they are like sponsors for other companies.My Georgia trip with them was great but Oman-Musandam cruise was not that enjoyable as staff were rude,angry and demanding most of the time. I would highly recommend Rayna tours for international travel but in UAE its good but its your choice.

I booked a Safari trip, by phone and they said that they will come at the hotel at 14.30 but nobody showed at the appointment. At 15.00 we called and the first person we called hang up the phone and at the second call they had no ideea about the appointment. A lost day because Rayna Tours. Do not recomend!

Fantastic dune bashing experience, the driver was great. All the rest though, I have to evaluate it negatively: the Bedouin village was a village of stalls to steal money from tourists, cold food and poor quality, the camel ride included was practically a round-trip of less than a minute and as soon as we put the last bite in our mouth we left immediately. We also had problems with the booking (made through Booking), we wrote to the company to arrange transport the day before, initially they told us that our reservation did not exist then they wrote us 3 hours before the scheduled departure to tell us what now we had to meet to leave, but obviously not always having the data connection we read the email in the evening. Fortunately, we were moved to the next day.
