Have been there for breakfast. The variety, quality, authenticity and value of money of the provided Syrian food are almost impossible to be competed by any other breakfast buffet in Dubai. Adding to that the great service that come from truly lovely staff make this restaurant one of my favourite. Especially thanks to Anas who made our visit even more pleasant.
I have been to Sallora three times now and yet to be disappointed. Excellent food and service continues to entertain me.The Maklouba is highly recommended. I have had it twice now with the same consistency. The mixed grill is quite nice too.Good value for money and doesn’t make you trip off your chair when you receive the bill.
One of the best Syrian Restaurant cum bakery. Lots of specialities in very wide menu.Great ambience with amble seating and high chairs. Well mannered staff with decent service.Good range of variety sweets and desserts.A bit pricey. Parking at front of restaurant is a hassle. You may find behind the building.
The food is delicious and the service is great, but dont expect to feel full here - the portions are rather small. Nonetheless, it is quite tasty. One thing I wasnt a fan of was the fact there was only 1 speaker in the ceiling and the music sounded distorted despite there not being too many people at the time. Maybe another speaker at the other end would help? I dont know, but the music was a bit noisy although the songs were nice.Instagram: @HouseoFlavour (House o Flavour)
Amazing bakery. The food is delicious
Amazing typical Syrian food, great quality for good price !I have been there so many times for breakfast, lunch and dinner.if you want Syrian food or nice grill salads and sharing food, go for it !One of the best in UAE
I visited this restaurant for lunch in Friday, the restaurant is easy to reach, has street paid parking, the restaurant is spacious. The hostes were friendly and attentive, they offered me many complementary dishes, all what I ordered was very delicious and scrumptious with reasonable price. Dont miss it.
A healthy and a heavy breakfast this morning at work since it was a team breakfast..So ordered as it was recommended by one of our colleague..We ordered Mixed Mashroahs, Zaatar Manakish, Meat Manakish, and Mix Manakish..The pricing is very reasonable and beautifully packed in boxes and every thing that we ordered was finished in no time...Everyone were full of praises and would like to visit to try out more...Well as mentioned we went for a team lunch this afternoon and it was amazing with beautiful ambience and good food, delectable appetizers and the mix grills...
The food tastes amazing and the place is very spacious. It’s perfect for families as there is everything for everyone. My favorite was their Sfiha (Syrian meat pastries with pomegranate molasses) as well as vine leaves 🤤 And of course after you finish eating, tea and coffee are a necessity! They have the cutest little teapots and they also offer you complimentary little pastries (cakes and Arabic sweets) that taste really good since this place also makes their own sweets. Kudos to this place and their nice staff 👍🏻 definitely would visit them again and again. Thank you Sallora Restaurant and Sweets!
The place is nice and decorated well especially I loved how they used the columns and filled them with portraits of known people back in Syria and described who they are 👍Food: Im from Aleppo the city where this restaurant came from and I know well how the food should taste..the food was good but not as good as aleppoian food should taste!! The one thing that was originally tasted perfect is the ice cream 😍 it was perfection and it took me directly back to my beloved city...its the exact taste...good job guys👌Service: there was only one waiter serving the non smoking area with two waitresses and he was so busy...but we noticed that his colleagues was making fun of him instead of helping him...infact, we asked one of them for the invoice he said OK and didnt bring it!! We saw him doing nothing!!! Till we asked from that poor waiter to bring it for us...his colleagues so rude. ..please management take care of this.Overall, its a nice experience to do it especially the ice cream its so good hoping next time the food will be as originally should be and maybe go for a shisha there 😉👍For more reviews please visit my profile here..or follow me on Instagram on my account : @guider_uae to be up to date with my new reviews 🌷One more thing...if you liked this review...please hit the like button 👇 and show me some love ❤Thanks😉
In Ramadan there’s an open buffet for 115 AED including everything for Adults and Children are for 60 AED only. One of the best traditional Syrian food!Syrian and Lebanese food are very similar and you’ll find here a mixture of both. They have another branch in Sharjah too.I would say that there’s only two restaurants in Sharjah that are the best in Syrian taste and Salloura is one of these two.The prices are very reasonable and are very economic compared to other Syrian restaurants in JBR.
Its one of the famous syrian restaurants, however for us we used to know it for sweets only. Nevertheless, the management was able to bring a new life to it with a good service level as well and light decoration. You should try Halwat Al Jibin (Chease Sweet) and Haytalia is always my preferred choice.
I tried their sweets few times, they are good and some are ok, the prices are good as well, prices are very acceptable as well
Good place, but the sweets not as expected
Really the best Syrian cuisine restaurant in UAE. All Syrian traditional dishes served here. Food was really delicious and tasty. Service was excellent. Prices are very cheap compared with the quality provided. They have also a section for smokers and for Shisha lovers
Nice restaurant with good location 👍🏼. Good, tasty and clean.
One of the best breakfast that you will have in Town really recommended
Othentic Syrian breakfast , very delicious, verity of dishes, good value for money, but please make the fatta more hot ;-) and nice momonia.
Try this amazing place in dubai for some arabic/syrian cuisine located in GarhoudThe ambiance, service and the taste was just amazing.we tried1.Mix Grill which includes shish tawook, Kafta, grilled meat kababs with tabouleh, chips and bread2.Hummus3.Fattoush 🥗To end our meal they served the tea and some complimentary sweet buns 🍩.
Best sweet in Abu Dhabi, also the burger is amazing.
Nice and clean place, and they have nice brackfast
The food was sooooooioo bad
Have been there for breakfast. The variety, quality is amazing
Pricing is not unacceptable as per the quality. For example, lets talk about their tea. A tea that has nothing special and zero quality but the pricing is as if it is a tea from the heaven with heaven ingredients. If you will ask to them what special in it if you are charging more for it theyll have no answer. We went their with group of people and we all get disappointed with their behavior when they have no answer to justify it. My other friends will also gonna review you shortly. Wait for it.
I received the wrong order.I still got charged and paid full amount without any apology.I dont recommend going there. Slow 🐌 service and under staff.
Good food and tried their platter of bbqExcellent
Quality of Arabic sweet became awful recently. I bought 2 kg of Arabic sweets and took it as a gift. The quality and taste were so bad. It was really embarrassing. Quality was better before.
The Syrian food (especially from Aleppo city) at its finest. very neat and clean restaurant. friendly staff, tasty food and nice environment. prices are bit high but still in para and range with other restaurants of such quality.
Tasty food but non professional service! We tried the place on weekend. Though the place wasnt busy, service was slow and not organized at all.The only thing that came on time is complementary dips, we ordered main courses and appetizers, and we were surprised to get food much before appetizers! In addition, the order wasnt taken properly and we come to know about when we received some appetizers that what we requested isnt available.I hope that they improve in future.
Very good
Nothing special at all. Food is average to say the most ...
Went for lunch with family and the food was quick and fast and delicious first time I have gone there and was amazed with the friendliness of the staff and how delicious the food wasFood 5/5Seating 4/5Location 4/5Staff 5/5Service 4/5Would recommend for those who love authentic arabic food
I dont recommend this restaurant at all. the Ice cream was rotten......
Good prices, good taste, nice staff, not bad seating but food served cold
Delicious and fresh bakery
Very good lebanese/Levant food. Their kebabs are very good, but very greasy and heavy. Their sweets are also good and the staff is usually welcoming. Highly recommended.
We were a big group and came Late to the breakfast whether they accommodated us and we enjoyed very nice food
Best vine leaves in the town! Chicken liver is also worth trying!
Today (5, Jun 2020), I have visited your branch in Al Garhoud, the short & great experience in your branch has led me to this website although i dont leave comments usually! The quality and the taste of the baked items will make me one of your regular customers in the near future, And the friendly attitude of your staff is a different story. Also please allow me to talk about the amount of hospitality, assistance and care provided to each and every customer by the chef (chef Radwan) who was able to add more value by being such a professional, active and responsible employee.Great job Sallora!
Parking is convenient. Food is fresh and at a reasonable price. They had daily dishes. Appetizers are served free with hot from the oven pita bread. Arabic ice cream , sweets, fresh juices are all served there. When you finish your meal, a cup of hot tea and oriental sweets are served for free. Enjoyed my visit.
Food is excellent, one of the best if not the best levante food in Dubai.
Great decor, and comfortable ambience. The lights are pretty dim which goes with the theme but it somewhat weakens my vision. For example: I looked at a fat green blob on a plate and I bit it thinking that it was a stuffed grape leaf - it was a jalapeno. Other than that, the food was delicious. The shawarma plate was a bit greasy but it satisfied my taste buds. The kebabs were just savoury and flavoursome - 3 types of kebab were served with the mixed frill and yet I was even more elated whenever I tried the next piece. It was not varied enough to be what I would describe as a mixed grill but I gave it a pass since the different kebabs were ample to satiate my hunger. The service on the other hand was not what you should expect. The waitors wear gloves and masks but they dont actually follow safety procedures such as not touching others. I was brushed by an arm more than once and when they serve food, they lower their heads so far down that they are practically breathing on your face. Now I undertsand they might not reach the far side of the table without doing that but they should take more care what with the COVID-19 situation.tl:dr good kebab, comfy seating, mediocre service.
Amazing traditional home like levant food. Clean, big, and the staff are friendly, and sometimes offer free sweets to try as a compliment. Good for family gatherings or with friends.
Food is Nice, ambient is good, prices a bit high
Very bad restaurant........ I will never eat her again.
Good seating arrangement and very wide area. Excellent service and very friendly staff. Food taste is 4/5 the only problem is the lack of parking near the restaurant but plenty available if you wake 2-3 min
Awesome Syrian food, it was perfect from A to Z. Each item was tasty, service was excellent and fast (we even got a few complimentary items). Really recommend.
Their food is very tasty and fresh. Salads and meats are truly delicious and the service is always top the line. A must try if you like arabic food
Went there on a Saturday afternoon with the whole extended family. Lunch was a la cart. The portions were smallish, the quality was lacking. The service was good and fast even though we were a large group.Overall, not at the level i had heard from friends. Will not be on my list of frequent visits.
Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of our family during our visit to the Sallora Restaurants & Sweets. A very friendly welcoming place to enjoy your lunch or dinner with beloved ones. The food was fresh and delicious. The service was excellent. My favorite dish was Salmon with chilies...and your desserts are something I cannot describe ...Just Wow! Was so Yummy! I definitely recommend this place!!! Thank you so much for making our evening so special!
Simply outstanding food and people! Our server was Sam and he along with the entire staff and management are extremely hospitable!
One of the best in Dubai if not the entire UAE. Well done to the best Chef in town. You truly managed to sweep people off their feet. Outstanding job and best in class for service, food, hospitality, selection and taste. Keep up the good work. Out of 10 you deserve a million. You have got my vote.
Good Arabic food at reasonable prices.
Great looking place service is a bit off in all fairness it might be the day I came although they were not very busy but really nice decor and an extensive Arabic Levant style menu with food and cooking visible nice style and good deserts might I add
Hands down, the absolute best breakfast buffet in all of UAE. Absolutely delicious and well priced! Amazing service and food.
Excellent money for value place! One of the best Eshta places in town..
Amizing syrian food
If you want to experience real Syrian cuisine, this is the place, famous Aleppo dishes as well. Busy at lunch time after all it is in the middle of offices area, food was fresh well presented with generous quantity for a portion, staff are very efficient. Good for business meetings and they have a smokers/shisha area as well.
Very good North Syrian / Kurdish cuisine.
The place is perfectEven for the kids,my children love the food, outstanding .The Manager name is Bahos he is the best ever. The team is very nice. Thanks team
Great authentic Syrian food and very clean restaurant and friendly waiters
Very good place. Nice food
A friend of mine had recommended this restaurant to me a while ago. Never ended up going until today. We were in the area and decided to try it out. I must say the hosts were very good. Our hosts name was Anas and he really did great in terms of recommendations. He walked us over and showed us all the special dishes of the day. Explained what each dish was. We decided to order the baba ganouj. Hummus to start with. Then ordered the stuffed eggplant and marrow. All delicious. They give you complimentary veggies like rocket, cucumber, tomato and mint. Plus lentil soup, fresh warm pita bread and 3 different dips like labneh and some others I don’t know what they are called. He also gave us a dish of a warm tomato and meat plate that was yummy too.
Delicious. Clean. Amazing staff. Good prices. You can dine in and take away. Food sweets and bakery
The food is really not good and the food is not reasonable according to the price. they are so selfish and they dont have many choices. the sweets were very cheap and it seems for a beginner. to be honest, the price should be 80% less to match the quality and standard of the food.we called them and they told us that if you are bringing a person less than 13 the price will be 50% less. but when we entered there they told us that the age should be 10 and less and the guy who we called was mistaken with the age!
