The restaurant has a very elegant Arabic look to it with comfortable chairs and a spacious dinning area. But unlike food there has not been consistency over the quality of service over the past 5 years we go to this place. Savour the Cuisine of Syria at Al Hamidieh. Conveniently located in Downtown Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, its easy to get to as its right beside the Vida Hotel.Started of with some cold Mezzeh and Salad, the Jarjeer salad with beetroot is filled with healthy nutrition drizzled with pomegranate sauce leaves a lingering taste which is well complemented with Hummus Beiruti. The eggplant with spicy cauliflower was a surprise hit! Its a must try. The fresh fluffy bread serves as a perfect companion for these dips.For maincourse the Shahrat chicken dish is perfect for two. Its a Syrian Speciality. We didnt want to try the usual mix grills or kebabs (kept for next time) but rather go proper traditional. The dish is rich with sauce and has a tangy twist in which perfectly grilled chicken is placed. It was proper flavourful!

If you are looking for a true Syrian food restaurant so Al Hamedieh is the best in Dubai. It is fantastically located in the Boulevard with a view of Dubai Mall and opposite the Address hotel. They have variety of salad that will take your breath away. For the main course I like the kharoof Mahshi and Sharyhat lahm. Highly recommended for you as couple,with friends or family.

The restaurant is still very good but not like it used to be! i mean the food is always on spot no matter it is lunch or dinner, the service however will vary and i understand because the place is overcrowded most of the time but i would love to see more staff at that point, for some reason the breakfast is not very good, i dont know why, but any dish you will choose for lunch or dinner will be awesome for sure, highly recommended, both branches have valet parking but now of-course it is not happening due to the Covid-19 thing. menu is the same since fist time i visited the place in 2015. it needs a retouch.

Yum yum yum. Make sure you get the lamb in yogurt curry. Hands down one of the warmest, most soul satisfying Arabic dishes Ive ever eaten. The mezzes are great too. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about the food served. World definitely recommend this place.

The atmosphere inside was depressing... We had staff sleeping on the table next to us. The speakers were playing the same thing over and over. The food was tasteless and the meat was dry. We got shawarma plates and it was below average. The salad was cold and tasteless. The meat was over cooked and dry. The fries were overcooked and boring. Overall the price we paid vs. the quality of food and atmosphere was pathetic... Cheaper places offer way better.

Ideal location in Dubai downtown with lots of seating arrangements (indoors and outdoors). Syrian cuisine with excellent food and super fast service. Their hummus Beiruti, mixed grill and sausages with pomegranate syrup were exceptional. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

My experience in al hamidieh was amazing the staff were quick and very kind and quick with the food.the place looked amazing and they had many food options,and the restaurant was in a good area and they had a great view.i definitely recommend for you and your family or friends to go to al hamidieh because it is very safe and amazing.

The atmosphere is great.. we went for dinner and breakfast... definitely the breakfast won .. the staff and service was wonderful.. plus the food excellentOur favorite was of course the shksokah and cheese platter plus if the smell of fresh bread and a pot of tea doesn’t get you.. then there is some wrong or you woke up on the wrong side of the bed .

The stuff was not friendly and because it was an indoor smoking area they have opened the doors and never closed it taking in consideration the outside humidty, we actually sweat while we are inside it was a bad experince overall

Al Hamidieh Downtown restaurant is a good place to enjoy your time as they have tasty food and there is section for shisha smokers its located in mhd bin Rashid bolivard street in Dubai down town so its not easy to find parking around unless the staff of restaurant help.. And thanks for them otherwise we will suffer to find parking

I got used to Al Hamideh in Al seef as I have been there regularly. I go there for their Syrian specials and not the regular.The Best Fattoush salad that I have ever had is in this Place.Classier version of authentic Syrian Arabic food. Have taken so many of my tourist friends from all over and this place and the food hasnt disappointed!Must visit!!

A great place to eat in Dubai without flying to Damascus. An authentic Damascene good food, well presented and the staff is very attentive to the guests. I found the desert list was limited. Otherwise, the selection of mezza and grills were excellent.

We went for breakfast ,it was very good experience with Syrian food like foul be allben and fateh hommos with fresh chesse. We recommend to visit and try.

Very expensive! We paid 180 AED for just 4 ice creams, a coffee and 2 water. We didnt even eat! Ice cream was bad. There was no valet and we had to park our car in a parking lot. Unfortunately we walked at 40 degrees. The place is beautifully designed and the location is good. I will not go again.

Comfortable seating, great ambience and it suits the theme of the restaurant. The waiters are very respectful and treated me kindly when they asked for the order and when they served the dishes. The food was phenomenal, especially the falafel and the farooj. The Kibbeh was also tasteful, but I liked the filling more as I didnt like the kind of dough they used for it. The Lamb chops are my biggest complaint because the entire piece is as big as my middle finger if not a bit longer and its size is just so ridiculously tiny. Mind you, these were lamb chops from the Mixed Grill, not the actual Lamb Chops dish which I hope has a bigger serving. Finally, the cotton candy and ice cream i had was regrettable and I wonder how my drastically my life would change if we ordered a banana split instead. They also gave us complementary rice pudding which was nice but too thick for my taste. I gave it a 4 instead of a 3 because overall everything was delicious and some people will probably like what I didnt.

The location is super, comfortable spot to people and vehicle watch. The server however did not understand us very well, they missed bringing a drink to the table, and getting the car back from the valet took a really long time. The food was good but the quantity could have been more substantial.

I went to this restaurant almost 3 times with friends and family. Honestly speaking, the food was just great, the service was quick and efficient, bathroom was spotless. Above all, aI loved sitting in the space outside the restaurant as it was clean and not crowded. I recommend this restaurant to those who love Syrian and Lebanese food.

Disappointing Experience!I wouldnt usually rate the restaurants I visit very low scores unless the experience was really bad.. We were a group of 4 friends who wanted to enjoy Arabic food for the weekend.. these were common concerns for the four of us resulting to this low score:Food quality is just average but the prices are on the higher side (mix grill plate for one person costs AED90).. too overpriced.The restaurant hall was too cold.. it was actually freezing.. we could not enjoy and the food was getting cold very quickly.. we kept on requesting it they could increase the temperature so we could enjoy the food at least to which they said that they cant and refused to do it.They played the same song (music recording) for 3 hours straight which was too annoying and not suitable for the ambience.The worst part was the washrooms, which were ..... (Id rather not comment here).So.. the whole experience was just bad!

One of the better Syrian eateries in town. I often go there with family and we almost tried every single dish on the menu, and were pleasantly surprised. They even have their special twist on fries that I dont seem able to get enough of. Shisha is good and surprisingly they show football matches for the enthusiasts out there.

The quality of the food has been changed!!!You can’t call yourself a fine dining anymore when you serve a stinky charcoal chicken “literally stinks” besides receiving a spoiled juice when you ask for a freshly squeezed strawberry!!!I must say the floor stuff were friendly but I believe the main issue is from the kitchen.Never again!

Nice upscale Syrian restaurant near Dubai Mall with comfy seats, but limited vegetarian offerings. The Labneh fully loaded hummus with pomegranate seeds and crispy wontons and cilantro is quite tasty with fluffy pita. I wish the pita came with the hummus instead of paying extra for it.While the Harra Esbao lentil stew was fun to try, it wasnt my favorite. I couldnt taste the pasta and wasnt what I was expecting, it didnt settle well in my stomach.The Msakat Bathengan with cooked eggplant, chick peas, full of spices and bursting with flavor.The Kunafa, fried shredded phyllo dough oozing with sugar and butter was fun to try. A couple of bites was more than enough.

This is one of the best Arabic Syrian food in Dubai. The food is awesome and place atmosphere is very authentic. The waiters are smiling and helpful and serving your meal is record time every time I go them. The offer valet parking. The prices are little on the high side.

The best part of dining at Al Hamidieh is the ambience, up next is the location followed by the service. The food according to me, is not anything to rave about. The place is pricey but worth a visit for the shisha and a couple of their desserts.

The food is very good. Large portions and reasonable prices in Boulivard. Excellent service and Valet parking available. The music was sometimes too loud.

Good food but the price is high because of the place

1- The head of stuff was the only one with hospitality sense the rest are not, bringing the fork and spoon set was late plus the waiter attitude rude.2- Food taste was average for some dishes and below average for the others. We ordered Arrayes, Sharhat Lahem, chicken liver with pomegranate sauce and Shakeria lamb.3- They dont tell about not accepting credit cards, they do force you for cash payment. Which is not convenient in case you are tourist and the withdrawal fee would be high.4- Overall experience is 1/5

Ive been a regular customer for this place and from today I will stop going there. Can you imagine that they charged me 20 AED for a side of yogurt? That’s so pathetic and not acceptable treatment for any customer. Us Arabs are known to be generous we serve tea and side plates with a smile and not ask for a return compensation for what we give.

Had Ramadan iftar at Al Hamidieh. Food was excellent, authentic Syrian cuisine. The table had several cold and hot appetizers, soup and drinks. They then brought Maine dishes on the table for everyone to share. Their hommus fatteh was excellent. Service was good. Parking at the restaurant can be an issues. I suggest finding parking in one of the garages and walking. A good experience overall. Looking forward to trying it again after Ramadan.

Very nice food, nice location, and nice staff. There was no smoking or shisha which is ideal for us, and the prices where quite good compared to the portions. I would recommend this restaurant to any Lebanese food fan.

There was six of us , we ordered different meal for each, all was brilliant. The quality the taste more than good and the size of each portion was enough fot two .The service was superb .And was finshed with free dessert , my favourite MAHLABIAH.I would highly recommend the place,

Food not good : the kebbeh not well cooked (still frozen inside), the meat was very poor quality (lamb has no taste and is fibrous)... which is a shame knowing the incredible high prices of this restaurant !Service is very bad : they are just waiting you to leave and not nice from the begining.Restaurant very over-rated, not good quality and very expensive for the experience proposed... i do not advice it at all
