I ordered last April 2021, the size was too big so i emailed hello calzedonia customer care, to exchange the size or get a different items. They said they dont do exchange rather refund, so the process starts when the items were picked collected by Aramex, dated April 20.2021. And so far until now, June 19, no one has given me any details or update regarding my refund of 568 dhs. Ive emailed hellocalzedonia everyday and they gave me the same answer. Automated answer only. Absolutely no customer care and for a big company, no exchange of item is absolutely not acceptable.
