Wonderful experience here! This waterpark is filled with breathtaking rides for kids and adults.However, they only have one restaurant which has very basic foods that i do not recommend. Besides that, it was worth every penny!

I took my 1.8 year old and we had a great time. The baby pool was nice although for her age there is not very many calm spots for her just to splash water around. There is always something spraying which can be a little annoying when she just wants to sit and play. The lazy river was nice carrying her around there. We got to use the entertainer and with it also got 2 free meals so value wise worth it!! We went in mid June with temp at 50degrees but the water was a very nice temperature and lots of shade everywhere.

A medium sized water park in the center of city and just beside the La Mer Beach. Enough big to spend the whole day. They have got all the slides including family type and adventure type. Neat and clean place. Many staff to serve and guide you inside. Adequate washroom and changing areas available. Lockers available at reasonable pricing. Small medium and Large lockers available. We paid 45AED for medium lockers which was enough for all 4 of us. Great place to enjoy with your family and friends. Recommended 👌🏻

Good waterpark for friends and families. They have around 7 to 8 slides and the food was nice too. But one of the food server (could not get her name) was very rude. She was replying to us as if we were troubling her and not requesting her.

Booked tickets online costed us 180 per head. Frankly telling it is only for a half day visit. There is nothing to do if u spend full day inside .5 rides are there rest are water activities that too in few count.we need to take the locker, costed us 45 AED which can fit 3 OR 4 bags with 15L capacity. Inside food is so costly and outside food is not allowed. It will be more enjoyable for kids than adults.

The place is super crowded on weekends and there’s no social distancing. I think the Lazy river is is very small for such crowd. I love the slides and you should try all of it. Surfing is also a must try but be warned you need a lot of patience as area has long queue.For me the food here is bad, I don’t suggest it. It’s very expensive for a meal that doesn’t have any tastes at all. They don’t even serves pepper nor salt, such a waste of money. I suggest try to dine outside the park as there are so much affordable options.

Laguna Water Park - Small park but overall its good to spend one dayWe went there during long weekend Eid Holidays 2021, expected a huge crowd, but we went there at 9.30am even though its opening at 10am, but I highly recommend to get there at opening time, I think all parks rides were crowded during 11-4.30pm time period, even in restaurants too (you should remember foods are not allowed inside, even if you want to, you need pay charges)For initial 1 hour we have finished almost all rides except lazy river and wave Oz. So thats itself give you an idea how small it is.Pros* We booked online ticket package of Unlimited Vip Package of 295, guys its worth it, you will get1. fastpass (except for wave Oz 180)2. Unlimited food from their restaurant (if you dont choose for one person for one time it will cost you 50 Aed)3. Unlimited slush4. Ice cream from Baskin Robins ( probably unlimited, but we tried only once )5. Unlimited softdrinks*For kids definitely dedicated 2 water rides spots they gonna love it.*For adults those who dream of laziness there is lazy river, you can swim, or lay down over the tube and relax let water take you around 😎😜Cons*Even though we booked through online, people at the entrance gate counter does not have a clue about this unlimited Vip package, when I stressed multiple times he atleast talked with management staff and then he gave us fastpass band, then when we went for restaurant again there was confusion but this time another management staff helped us by getting another orange band for unlimited food and soft drinks and he told this package started only today, so staffs are not well aware of it and he told sorry for trouble, anyway afterwards we we didnt had any troubles.

The day was really enjoyed by kids and team....one thing was negative to mention...locker facility at higher price...which is basically need to provide at free of cost in entry ticket and it is need by everyone at water park as first mandatory one...it is big surprise and kept a thought need to come again??...

Love the place , for kids its really amazing place to enjoy to the fullest and rides were cool but for ladies its bit difficult to claim the stairs , Laguna managment should consider for a lifts for ladies , when I went to purchase water I felt Im in different planet , 500 ml normal water bottle is 10 aed actual price 1 aed outside my suggestion they should keep 1 liter bottle atleast and some non Asian staff bit rude they say HEY even for small kids .. atleats they treat good with children but it was good experience...

Its a lovely place to spend a holiday or vaccation day with the kids there.I went there during week day but i was surprised to find it busy there, a long que line with lots of people waiting to buy tickets at the entrance. I was disappointed because i had to wait as well despite buying tickets online, i thought buying tickets online should help to minimize the waiting time and fasten the process, so i waited around 20-30 min in line until they verified my etickets.Inside kids enjoyed playing at different stations and games that are avaulable there, including a gigantic sliding loop that was really exciting and amazing, but also a long line of waiting people was there and had to wait around 35min to get a turn for a single ride :(They serve food and beverages inside unlimited for free (i think there are tickets without this offer but still you can get this with 50aed extra which is ok)All in all it was exciting and entertaining day, the kids enjoyed it and we had fun there, only draw back is the waiting time at the enterance and at the big slides (at the slides, the delay is understandable because staff have to make sure the rides are safe so no one get injuried)

Nice small waterpark, we booked kabana 1000 Durham for 4 people with fast track and unlimited food and soft drinks with water, and 100 voucher u spend it in the shop.the food menu has limited choices: burger, cheese pizza, nuggets, fried chicken with rice, the food wasnt tasty and not fresh, it doesnt worth it.It was crowded no social distance, and the service in the kabana not as good as i imagine, they have fridge in it.Overall nice place to visit and explore, and they have many offers online.

Superb rides.. too much fun.. wave is awesome..butwaiting was too much.. for wave we have waited 65minutes for only 1:30 second ride.. why they dont work in full capacity during rush hours, there was space for 3 people but they were taking only 1in slides also que was too much.. our number came in 45 min for manta - (a slide in which we go 3-4 person in one big tube)management on entry gate was not good,

Major rides have the common queue .. its make more crowd .. otherwise its really a great place for kids to spend minimum 4hrs (free parking time ) . Make sure when you leave the park show your parking token in the exit of laguna park for the exit parking fee

Good to spend an hour or so. U get over with rides in no time. Water is not temperature controlled (except swimming pool). Pavement is worn out, it hurts your feet to walk barefoot.Dining area facing the beach is amazing for a quiet time out!!

The best thing about this park is its location. It offers the opportunity to bundle other cool stuff such as a beach visit, checking out the beautiful cobbled streets in European style surrounding it, eating in one of the many fancy restaurants or shopping at the upscale brand shops! Even window shopping here is a wonderful experience. The watermark itself is like any other watermark so nothing much to talk about, but the location is fantastic!

Nice and good value for money. We bought a combo from ticketstodo. We thought that food will not be enough or the taste will be like typical other place, but it was way above average. Had fun but unfortunately we found out once we were inside that photography was prohibited.and only ladies could go in on 16th Aug.that was quite an inconvinience.we still enjoyed and I think kids enjoy more here.for the adults its just like an hr and its enough 😊

We were literally sun-kissed! (Never forget your sunscreen). We had most fun wading on the lazy river. We screamed our hearts out riding the manta while it spiraled down the loops and hoops of water slides. There was a long queue to get a ride but we reached the top and was able to try a fun ride. Food is Okay but it would have been nice to have other choices beside burgers and fries. Its ideal for kids as the pools are not so deep and there are lifeguards everywhere. FYI, you can bring your own drinking water so bring them bottles of water and stay hydrated!

Great place to visit. We booked the summer night offer which was awesome. At this peak time of summer they had summer night between 7.00 pm to 11.00 pm including unlimited food and beverages. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Not much crowded but yes they have mismanaged the way they were handling the big slides. That needs some improvement. Otherwise the place was awesome with decent crowd. Will visit them again.

No social distancing, everyone walking around close to each other,the staff seems frustrated and overworked due to which they are rude and unprofessional! I’m sure they are underpaid. I could see their clothes ripped off and torn. I won’t be surprised if cases increase thanks to this place. Their unlimited food and drinks package is a scam.. huge queues and very bad management of handling huge crowd. No one maintains a distance, and the fact that they allow more people inside the park during this pandemic shows how desperate they are. I even told one of the lifeguards to tell the kids spraying water directly at our faces to ask them to stop but he just said he can’t do anything.Don’t even get me started with the hygiene of this place! The dining area, bathrooms, changing rooms & common areas are not cleaned or sanitised. It’s a shame to see such happening during the pandemic.This will be my last visit to this place. Not worth the time and money.

We visited this place on Saturday as a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids under 10.We had complimentary tickets from our staycation, checking in was easy and there were no long queues. Laguna water park is a mid sized water park and the rides are limited, altogether there are 5-6 slides, lazy river which is not so lazy, a small pool, kids play area and few slides.Food inside is good and not very expensive. Locker service is available - small, medium and large. Again lockers are reasonable. They dont have a wave pool like most other waterparks. If you are planning to spend few hours with family than this park is perfect.Positives:Budget Friendly water Park.Covid measures and precautions in place.Allowed to take water.For holiday period they have extended closing time till 9pm.Negatives:Car park is free only for the first 4 hours.Limited slides.No signposts for direct from Car Park.

We just did the summer nights package with our boys. It was absolutely amazing. The food was out of this world. The fire show, dance show and drum Show was an absolute hit. The staff are fantastic and it was certainly well organised. Thank u Team Laguna!!! We will see u soon again!!!! This is money well spend!!!

The park was not that big compared to other waterparks in the country but just enough to what our family needed for a good day and family fun. Staff are all nice and friendly. Special thanks to OREO she was really nice and patient assisting our kids. Would definitely love to come back hopefully with free parking 😊 - thanks again!

Full fun with all water rides, we visited last week with my 4 children they played a lot and liked it very much. Wide beach, delicious food can maximize your whole day. Recommended to every family who touch the land of Dubai.🏄👍

It was amazing experience in laguna water park Lamer.There are only 5 slides but thats enough for whole day.Enjoyed alot at two pools in the park.Food including in meal is just ok but at this price of 95 Aed its worth it.We had a lot of fun and amzing moments.Must visit.

Very nice experience!Although it isnt particularly a large waterpark, you can rest assured that you will enjoy w full day at the water park without getting bored!!Plenty of breathtaking rides and slow relaxing ones providing you with a full pleasure of water fun and excitement.Most rides can be takes individually and plenty as couples and some for groups of 3 or 4.There are several delicious kiosks that provide you with refreshing food and drinks inside and all the amenities u need for a day of water fun are available from lockers and showers all around the park.The park also has access to the LaMer beach right next to its infinity pool.Sun bathing beds are spread around the park and are free for all with the ability to rent private areas to enjoy with your groups.Temperatures are nice in all rides and if you would like to cool off from Dubais hot summer, the infinity pool is slightly colder yet very comfortable to stay in.You can also enjoy surfing the waves with the teaching of the pros.Over all, not a moment was spent with any discomfort or boredom.

I took my children and my niece here for ladies night and it was brilliant. It’s so much fun and there’s just enough fun for everyone to enjoy! The best part is that it’s ladies night so women feel free & comfortable. The only reason why I’m given it four stars rather than five is because the people that sell you tickets tried to swiddle me. He lied and said the park is so full so I should get a private box, he was lying through his teeth. There was more than enough regular space around the whole park. Don’t be fooled, it wasn’t over crowded! Water slide ride waits were a bit long but nothing compared to those universal studio lines lol

The only park where you have to pay parking fees after spending 500 AEd for tickets and another 500 AED on merchandise .The parking is validated only for 4 Hours.I had to pay extra 60 AED. So the park want you to go out after 4 hours.There is more than one hour queue for the waves, 30 minutes queue each for Manta and Constrictor rides. 1 hour to get the Meal ,there goes your 4 hours.As for the experience, the waves is a new kind of experience, rest all are nothing new

Resources available can improvize. Better to buy tickets online tonsave some money. Can accomplish all the rides in 2hours maximum. Approximate 6rides only. Situated in the heart of the city. Loved the experience.

We had a good time and enjoyed the stay. It obviously serves more the youngster people and it is not a huge water park but will entertain well for a visit. Great view from above the slides. Changing rooms and shower available. Food was very disappointing. We liked much the seating at the poolside cafe with Starbucks coffee. We had a nice refreshing breeze and good view.

The most affordable waterpark in Dubai. Great slides, including tube rides, carpet slides & a surf park. A nice sized warm pool overlooking La Mer beach. Price of admission includes food from one of the booths. We went mid week & there were no lines. It’s clean & friendly staff. The food included could have some healthier options & the music at these parks is always super loud & I. My opinion is not needed. If you’re trying to relax & read in the sun, the music is much too loud. Overall though, it’s been a good experience.

It wasnt a wow experience as Sun loungers/bed wasnt enough to accommodate the huge crowd nor food table was available to sit and eat properly.Didnt get chance to experience the rides due to long queue however my 3 year old kid enjoyed a lot in the Kid zone.I suggest to re-evaluate the Operation strategy to encourage rare visitors like us to enjoy as well.

Actually I should put 5 stars because the price and what you get is correct.Its the cheapest aAcqua Park.But for being there almoust all day you get to try each of the things only ones because you wait in the queue so long ( 5 different slides, surffing)And than you get a meal included with the ticket, I must say that the veggie burger was So good ( even tho I am not a veggie:).

The area there is too small, and the lockers are in front of the public, ladies and gent they do take their staff in front of each other, (there is no privacy for ladies) the fitting area is too small which is risky in the covid situation, i came at 5 pm and there was only one staff in the counter with an angry customer, which means that i will never go inside until that guy issue will be solved, i had to talk to security there and tell him if no one will assist me i will go inside without the ticket, although i already bought my ticket online and i have it in mobile, some one helped me at the end, there is no security in the washroom area to manage the numbers of people going inside specifically when we are in COVID-19 situation, there is also one place to go to all slide, i bought the ticket with the offer of 99 AED, its already doesnt worth more than that.

Week back me and hubby visited Laguna waterpark ! Enjoyed there rides ! Divya from Travelwings tourist helped me to get there offer pack of 95 dhs for adults with meals ! 5 rides for adults and also surfing ! Meals included burger chic / beef with fries and cola ! Chicken burger was dry and beef burger was good ! Even we can use La mer beach but only in swim wears beach can be accessible ! Enjoyed the day ! Thanking Divya !!

What a break from the summer heat! Not too big, not too small, just perfect. Might get crowded beginning of summer, for sure, but there were barely 59 people when we visited. Worth the money and time.

Its a great place for kids basically. Its a small waterpark and there are only 5-6 activities that the adults can enjoy. If you try the slides and have kids along, better to ask the staff from below if the height requirement of your kids pass because the queue above is around 30mins (with 700 people inside, max capacity during covid). You dont want to fall in line for 30mins and know in the end that the kid did not pass the height requirement. There are a couple of sunbeds available around for free that you can lounge in and have a sun tan. There are cabanas too that you can rent but I think 1500aed is just so expensive for this. You can stay max of 3hrs here to try all the slides. I recommend this place for those who have kids but no so much for adults.

One of the best water parks in UAE. Had to get a chance to visit lacuna water park today and felt that being here in use from past 9 years why I didn’t visit this place before. Well the safety arrangements are exceptional and I really want to appreciate their efforts to provide such kinda services. Quite few rides are there and it’s totally your choice which one you wanna take. Some playing spots for kids as well. Lazy river thing is really calm and mesmerizing. You get into the tube and just relax in the water. Would love to visit again soon.

Park is amazing and rides are very nice however the management is very poor in terms of communication and regulations applied! They asked me to pay 100 Dirhams (Park fees????) if I need to bring a cake inside to celebrate my daughters birthday inside??? I bought 10 tickets for her and her friends and 2 tickets for the nannies and I bought the cake, napkins, plates and forks but I still need to pay a FEE to allow the cake inside????? Then they decided to close at 4pm! The birthday was from 3pm to 6pm! We ended up spending one hour only and they refused to sell any water or food at 4pm!! Completely disappointed and complete rip off!

Really nice and excitingly thrilling place for the entire family. I had so much fun with all the splashes, surfing and water slides! And yes......I conquered lots of fears today as I did 6 of the 9 trills......though still wasnt brave enough to do the last 3 (these are for extremely brave people) 🤣😂Food and water aint allowed to be brought in but you miss nothing as there is free food and drinks inside....all you can eat and as many times as you wish! Really cool 😎Ensure to be there as early as 9am so as to enjoy all available activities....unfortunately, I couldnt go to the beach as there wasnt enough time!Caio!!!

Had my best experience here but there were a lot of charges that you incure. For instance, at the entrance, we were made to pay 100 aed compulsory for food even if you dont want to eat, but then the food is fantastic , also you pay for lockers to keep your stuff safe(40AED), a section of the fall too is not free, you have to pay to use some of the beach bed.Asides this unexpected charges, all other experience was top notch. Safety measures put in place is top notch, over 20 life guards all on duty when we visited.

I went there on ladies night. My relatives and I chose to book our tickets online to avoid any long ques outside the park and ended up waiting for more than 30 minutes to enter. The place was super crowded and there are only a few rides but the ques are so long. Plus some of the staff were rude and one chose to scream at us for no reason. Overall its not worth the hype. Might be enjoyable for kids ;)

Its Small but one can have sufficient fun on a hot day. The rides are catered to all ages groups which is the best as you can leave your kids in one place and not worry about them getting lost.

Small park but yet a fun for kids and adults at low price, just to remember towel fee is 35AED and locker 45AED so better to get your own towel and leave the valuables in your car

The ladies night is beyond a nightmare. It was so crowded we had to wait for slides for nothing less than 45 minutes. On the slides there was absolutely no safety to the point that while we were sliding down we bumped into a group of other girls and my friend got hurt. When we told the lifeguard she replied to us with a horrible attitude and said if you’re not bleeding or severely hurt then why are you complaining. I can’t imagine that this mistake could even happen and on top of that they would have the audacity to talk to us in this way. And not to mention that it was absolutely disgusting and I was actually grossed out to even swim in the water.Never go on the ladies night it’s just a waste of time!

Went for the latest overnight camping at Laguna Waterpark and absolutely loved it. Great to go by yourself, with friends, as couples and with kids!! The kids had a blast. Starts from 5pm fridays and you get to chill till 4.30 on saturday. Inclusive of roasting marshmallows over a bonfire, open air movie, not too expansive a buffet but good enough to go a 2nd or 3rd time!! An amazing experience where u get to.make your own brekkie that isnt top elaborate.. you check out of your tent at 10am but u get to use the park till 4.30pm. The adults can enjoy The Bungalow Club for some super tunes and arcade like feel.. am going there again for sure and would highly recommend it..

One of the best water parks in Dubai.The cool thing about Laguna water park is that it’s not huge and doesn’t require lots of commuting to get to different rides.We we were impressed with the attitude and care of its staff. They really put the effort in making sure their visitors get the best out of their experience.Job well done Meraas.

So much more impressive than I expected!! Really well laid out, not too busy, great selection of slides for all ages, and well staffed with friendly lifeguards who were there to help not scold. My 4&2 yr olds had a ball, and if I’m honest, so did I!

Lovely water park and fun weekend destination for families with kids. Poor management in entrance gate. They refused to let my toddlers chips snack in excusing themselves on covid restrictions but they were selling all sorts of ice cream, melons and fast food the most covid-unfriendly way. I felt bad seeing all other mums feeding their kids with their food while 15g chips pack for my picky eater boy was a huge concern to let in.

We enjoyed a lot in Laguna. We had team building and it was so fantastic, rides for adult and kids as well. Safety is 100% with so friendly and cooperative staff. I liked the free fall ride and other rides. I have been to beach also. There’s restaurants with delicious taste. Food and drinks is not allowed from outside. Washrooms are clean, maybe lockers issue should be including the pass, I will recommend Laguna to my friends and let them grab the online offer of 99 AED per person. Good place with a large collection of restaurants and coffee shops. Loved the wall Art everywhere and the theme of the place...Why I’m not giving 5 starts?- There must be more toilets there as I noticed people are standing on a line to go to the bathrooms. I guess the place needs more bathrooms...- must have security people in different places: I noticed some people were throwing the rocks to the water, while this isn’t natural and rocks must be around.wee looked for a security to tell them but we didn’t find any...

We thoroughly enjoyed the water park. Though it is small but if you have little ones they will surely enjoy the park. There was great offer including unlimited food and drinks. so overall it was very nice experience. long ques for adults rides. Aed 25 for locker

Really its coolest beachfront destination of La Mer, spent a perfect day with my family. The WaveOz is a unique surf experience, entirely inflatable ride on the wave and its a extreme experience. Children’s of all ages can enjoy the water park. We can avail towels and lockers for paying few bugs. They will allow with appropriate swimwear only. So go there and enjoy.

Overall the experience was good, the staff are friendly and the camping night under the stars was amazing for kidsHowever the toilets and changing rooms looked like they were never cleanedBut the games are really fun.There are ones for kids and for adults.Social distancing does not exist there what so ever

The place is fine but there is lack of pools for adults. I bought the all you can eat ticket, but you can order only one meal at a time, then you have to wait again in line if you want another meal and you can choose only 3 to 4 meals which are low quality burgers, others are paid. Informations were not clear when I bought the ticket regarding the lockers which are also paid.

Perfectly sized waterpark to enjoy with family. They still do not have conveyor belts to carry tubes and mats up which makes the slides less attractive as it is almost 5 stories high and carrying the heavy Manta boat may give a backache. My daughter enjoyed the whole day here playing in water and floating in lazy river. They do not allow outside food and there are not much choices for vegetarians. Its better to buy food in advance online.

A small water park with 3 rides only

The place became old and is badly maintained. Unhygienic.. and staff were ill-tempered and unfriendly . The only advantage is that the place is small and good for kids. However its one of those places where i wont consider going again .. and i shouldn’t hhave gone there in the first place .. Dubai has far more better waterpark. And dont get me started on the disgusting changing rooms and lack of snacks and the horrible fruit stands that are infested with ants!

Disappointing. Offering a fake promo from third parties. There are more than 5 third party ticket resellers offering all food and beverages, when we get there they did not honor the offer. The promotion, they are telling has ended and yet there are still more than 5 third party ticket resellers offering the promotion. They are telling that they already informed the third party resellers but did not comply. Instead of the all food and beverages, they just give us a combo meal. It seems that they are telling, it is our fault to buy from third party ticket resellers. The water park is small compared to wild wadi and aquaventure. Nothing special. I dont recommend it.

Used to love this place but its not what it used to be.Water was so hot during a 45 degrees day. If you cant refresh your self whats the point.They dont let you slide together with your child how ridiculous. I would recommended yas waterworld instead: better food, cleaner and lots more activities

I can say with relieved consience after noticing people mentionaing what i wanted to say regarding our experience at laguna. We were so excited at the beginig to visit laguna, we were tempted to go for the open food orders promotion with only paying AED 50 more per person. The food was literally junk. Burger sandwiches were small,burger meat felt like plastic, rice and fries were small quantity and didnt taste well, soft drinks were previously filled and placed in big quantities for faster serving the people. Not mentioning that the queue was so long to reach the food order point(at least half an hour waiting time under the sun). Very long queues waiting to play, my two kids went for nearly 1 hour just to play 1 time on one of the rides. One of the main problems i see is the design of the rides area, time is spent on waiting in this place more than actualy doing and enjoying the rides!. the main rides are all condensed in one spot, they are reachable from one entey channel makes the accessibility to crowd very challenging.Apart from that, and once you manage to access a ride, its fun at the end.

Its small. Ive been there for ladies day so croweded i recommend you to get the fast track + i had a fight with the lady working there she was very rude . She didnt let me get down from the ride and it was shocking. I told her i payed for the water park to enjoy and she has no rights to not let me go, she told me go down by the stairs not the ride ! Just because i changed my mind which ride to go on! And she wants me to wait 45 mins again? Literally it was shocking for me and my friends. When i told her the security told me to come from here she was like its not my fault who told you to listen to her excuse me? Obviously i would listen to the security working in the waterpark! It was a bad experience.

Located in the beautiful La Mer beach..The waterpark is small which relieves the pressure of covering all the rides within the same day which we normally face in larger parks 😂..Ample rides are available for the kids and adults..Enjoy the Lazy River with friends & family..For those who like adventure, try the free fall or the loop or surf at the Wave Oz..Special thanks to Mr. Carl who helped us with F&B voucher issue caused by our ticketing agent..Definitely recommended for a family fun day..Only suggestion is to increase the free parking hours to the park operating hours..Tip:Start early & avoid public holidays as it gets crowded & long waiting in the queue for rides..

We had a lovely experience spending time there. I highly appreciate the safety measures onn all rides. Lifeguards were doing a great job despite being a lot of people all over the place! The only issue was no social distancing and very long queues.

Place is good to see, but extremely expensive for common people to buy stuffs, and there is obviously no control over the traffic of parking vehicles to the exit,it will take ages from parking yard to fully exit the vehicles,specially during weekends.I am sure La mer management can do something to ease the traffic, however I must say its good to watch the bay with plenty of nice paintings, spacious restrooms and benches etc.

Poor management in every single part of the experience: ticket, entrance, slides, food, toilet. Everything is a total disaster here. No social distance, long queues for every single thing you do. Very disappointing experience. The design and the setting are good, staff is friendly and there are quite good offers otherwise is not worth the full price of the ticket.

Awesome experience there. But the problem is now the combo all day pass. They give only 1 time eating thing. Which is not good.

Dont even think about walking barefoot or experiencing social distancing.There were 5 mens shower. I entered 3 to find one had no door lock, the other had missing hanger and the last one had no shower in it. Finally the 4th one worked.It wasnt much crowded even on Friday!

Cozy Waterpark at La Mer. Its the smallest from Dubai parks so it has one tower with slides only, however the attractions are really nice. Unfortunately with long waiting times (40 mins for surf wave) and thats despite the fact, the park was not full. Also, they dont follow any social distancing guidelines and people are on each other while queuing.Residents can get all inclusive package but the food included in it is horrible. Very limited selection - with no healthy option. The portions are small and the food itself is a joke. For example, their burger is basically unfrozen patty in a bun. Thats it. Forget cheese, vegetable or sauce. Not worth it.

I dont like it at all reason being that the floor was extremely hot and very harsh plus lockers were outside in an open are so you can imagine the heat ! One of the bad experience we had yesterday.Price wise and quality wise to be very sorry its expensive 😔If youre tourist i highly recommend you to visit either wild wadi or yas water world you can get the good deals through entertainer but not laguna at all and if youre resident then you can try for once just for the experience 😉

We took the 99 AED offer with unlimited food and drinks and it was a very bad and disappointing experience. First of all, the place was extremely crowded with no social distancing whatsoever!! We spent a minimum of 45 minutes on each ride and we didnt even get to ride them all. The number of guards on the rides is small and they couldnt organise it in a good way. The food was a disaster; tasteless and definitely not fresh. The burgers tasted like car tires, very little portion and of course an endless line to make an order. It is really a joke. All the rides stairs were congested with people and some people with no fast pass would actually pass through it without any one even looking at them. You really need to consider making some improvements to the place.

Pros:Wonderful experiment, delicious food and they are following covid-19 social distancing rules.Cons:1) Unfortunately 3 games was closed for maintenance, they told me on the main gate only (I paid online already) so it was useless information.2) They need to offer closed shower with shampoo at least.However we enjoyed and we recommend this place 🙏
