I ordered yesterday and waiting for so long. Ive waited for 1 hour to received my order. Most of my items that I ordered are fine, except for one thing they give me an expired beef broth cube that expired last 1st of may of this year here the photo. The management of this store are not aware or even not checking of the items that they sell into the public are expired or not. To make it short I requested for replacement but until now I didnt received any of it

One of best supermarket and carry full range of groceries, they have mobile app for free home deliver.

This supermarket is okay for me to get some urgent stuff but not everything you can find in this place and meat area is quite smelly.

Worst Customer service , The lady who takes order on call is so slow and cant note down correct requirement or order given. Unexpectedly long delivery time, The staff isnt bothered to send the correct items , super unorganized and on top of that they dont close the store as per mentioned store timings, they close it early by 11:30. Really disappointed, I have been a regular buyer from westzone supermarket in bur dubai and its super organized and good there , but highly disappointed with the service and the staff at this location. To be honest i didnt wanted to write this review but its very unprofessional if they keep the same mistakes.

Very bad service, not organized, items are either not labelled or wrongly labelled; I wasted my time looking for an item; they had different options but no prices are written except for one item. In the cash point, the cashier was citing the price in very frustrating way, and when I decided the priced item; they punched double of what was written on the label, when I asked they said that this is the promotion price and the promotion is over🙁. The manager even took the item, removed the label and kept the item somewhere else. He was even confused, not knowing how to answer or what to say . This is definitely NOT the way you behave with your customers. This shows lack of professionalism when handling customers. I ended up buying the items from Carrefour market just 200 m away from West zone; I paid more but I was happier.Im used the the branch in Dubailand, staff there are smiling and managers are really at higher level of professionalism.Really frustrating experience, I will never go there again!!!!!

Good place and reasonable as they offer many things from shelf on a cut price as it has come close to expiry. it is worth it as i am sure people who buy will consumme it before the expiry date. Give it a try.
