The best part about this place is that its open 24 hours. They have a wide variety of products from fruits and vegetables to toiletries to meat to household stuff. Staff is quite friendly and helpful. On the downside the place is a bit too cramped up especially the vegetables section during the peak hours and if there isnt any staff to weigh the items youll be stuck in a long que as there is only one machine available. It isnt accessible by wheelchair. All in all a good place to visit at any hour of the day if you are running low on stuff at home.

WORST SUPERMARKETS IN DUBAI.I brought some good in 2 days earlier then i want to exchange or refund my items to another things, but the cashier was refused it, although asking her manager or supervisor she decided herself it’s not possible. 🙄I was wondering coz it’s mentioned the invoice very clearly Exchange/refund is allowed within 7 (seven) days of purchase with original receipt.So whats the problem?? very poor customer service and markets that i had,Even 1 star ⭐️ is more for them

Poor customer service, I personally went to the shop to purchase the items and explained the location for delivery. It has already been more than an hour and even after explaining the location in person they havent figured it out. Didnt even have the courtesy to call me back to follow up regarding the location, I called and explained the situation and they simply disconnected the call.I wonder if Ill ever receive my purchased items.

Always prices of goods r more than any supermarkets, excuse me, u r in middle class area not in new Dubai n yr Bakes proves tht. Fr last 27 years saying fresh n stainless fruits r rate in choithtam. I think left overs r offered u from new Dubai! Choithtam in Al Easel, DIP, Springs, DSO r better but again over priced!!

Worst service in terms of delivery..order was given and was not delivered for approx 1 hr 45 minutes..Have to call 5 times to check for an update but the response was not clear..the staffs are not caring at all..The grocery stock and the price is good but all goes down when the customer service in not taken careChoithram management to take action on this to avoid better customer service

I am very disappointed with you customer services, I visited you store at baniyas on 16th Aug, 2019 night at 2200-2220hrs, I bought some goods and left. That night upon getting home I came to know that my visitors who we were together lost a mobile phone.We visited the store next morning on 17th August at approx 0945-1030hrs and one lady who was supervising the store was very rude to us and upon requesting for footage to confirm if my visitor was having her phone the lady replied that they cant without bill.My question is why do you invest in installing cameras worth millions of money if they cant serve the purpose and support your customer. I felt very bad about the way she responded to us, its was very unprofessional being a leader. My visitors were also disappointed and left Dubai while very un happy.The footage could have cleared all droughts and we could press on and log a police complaint to Dubai taxi which we to down the at you store. Thank you.
