Neat and hygiene place, good view

They charged me 168.78 AED extra. I got the many back, but better be careful when you buy from this branch.It was nobody at the meat sector, I had to ask them to send someone to help.Poor housekeeping.

Delivery is disaster. Always late and have to call them several times. Store is obviously mismanaged and poorly organized.

They have absolutely everything, from all over the world. Youll find your favourite foods here for sure! However expect to pay a lot more than what youre used to. Not surprised, given its majority imported

Everything is good but little bit expensive. Rest of other customers service, hygiene, staff politeness everything is too good..almost every product we can get here.

The staff in this shop are fantastic, nothing is too much for them, whither you get youre shopping delivered or go into the store, where they even empty youre basket, and help with packing youre groceries , the food range is fantastic, from fresh to frozen, and they have a pork section, separate from the shop, for a local shop well done. Just want to say thanks to you all.BrSharon

The worst experience I had ever

Great helpful staff. Lots of items. In a very convenient location. Some items where a little pricey but other items where just right.

Pro’sThey deliver.If you live in Marina promenade, it’s local.Con’sOh my Lord are they expensive! (25-35% more expensive than most supermarkets.Unlike other premium supermarkets, al maya looks like a cheap tatty place. So you have all the low budget appearance with prices far higher than Waitrose.I reccomend the Water Taxi from the marina side to marina Mall for the Waitrose, costs less, more choice, higher quality.

Hi, This is my last time shopping in this shop because of staff .I come to by shokat for my computer around 12:10 am on tuesday .date 7 April 2015.I request them for wifi password i jest want to send that shoket picture to my office.but that staff give me a very very bad answer and i ask them your customer contact number they tell me i will not give you that number what you want to do do it .I see this type off service first time this is very bad thing ti loss your customer.

According to my experience, a good supermarket and its prices are somewhat reasonable compared to others .. The good feature is that they are available 24 hours and they have fast food and coffee ..
