We went during week and did not have size. Went again during weekend and they are closed! Which company having exclusive contract with King school closes on weekends? Of course they dont care, they have exclusivity!!! I would suggest to give contract to other suppliers as well. Competition creates better service.

Kukri is one of a kind sportswear/swimwear supplier for some schools in Dubai, there are no good words but a lot of complaints,🕳 I understand they were not ready for swimming season in Dubai after corona but ta daaaaa it is open and no stocks of course.🕳 Worst part is their horrible, middle of nowhere location just asking, Why?🕳 Online orders : no proper size guide 😡🕳 I gave online order just guessing the sizes which was suppose to deliver on 2nd of Sept, nothing yet 😰🕳 Best option is to drive to their silly warehouse kinda building.🕳 Their building is worse; clothes, suits everywhere, not organized, WC used as a changeroom. 🤐🕳 Lastly no chance to reach via phone, email or anything but to drive there 😳🕳 Hate it!

Want bad rating? Youve got it. And its pretty fair rating. If youre not capable to supply schools with PE kits why on earth you even start this business? You simply cant even provide normal management. Why you havent prepared yourself for new school season? Why students should skip their PE classes because of your unprofessional staff? But seems you simply dont care. Youre just receiving payments and forgetting to provide the service. Super poor.

Unfortunately, there is no zero star rating, which Kukri would deserve more than one star.The company has to take basic classes in communication culture. Money for the uniform is taken through the online store, and if you are super lucky, you reach them over phone after that.

They do not answer emails , phone calls or messages. They have not delivered my order on time so my children have no uniform to begin school with although I ordered with ample time . They are one of the worst companies to deal with .

The quality of the PE kit is fine but no-one answers the phone, impossible to visit them - very frustrating - very poor quality service. Shame

Absolutely the worst and most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. We are all stuck because God knows how they have received contracts with school to provide uniforms they are incapable of providing. Their store is not easy to get to and they charge 30 dhs for shipping items you will be lucky if you receive. My order was supposed to reach me 29th August and I’m still waiting. No replies to emails or WhatsApp. When you call, no reply or phone switched off. What I don’t understand is why are they taking money online when they don’t have the Items. Any other store will say out of stock and you cannot pay for something that isn’t there! Clearly they are unapologetic. My poor child is new in his school and no PE uniform since two weeks. There is no alternative place to buy either. Very angry. Don’t buy online.

Worst service and take ur money and dont deliver or deliver missing items. And they dont pick up. They basically rip you off, take your money and runaway with no one answering. And when that was reported to head office, they pretended to care on social media, but then blocked me and all other parents that complained.. TAALEEM schools should take action to stop partnering with them.

Delivery failed the schedule time. No uniform to were for my child to go to school . Not clear sizing information on the site. No idea what size will fit to my child, ordered bu guessing and hope it will fit.Tried to call, no luck. Just because we must order with this supplier, I would never, in a million years, would order from them again.

Their service is bad for me. How many days did I call, and no one answered, and the order was supposed to arrive, and no one contacted me, and they did not receive anything. On what basis does the school contract with them and they are at this level!!
