Hi all pls make sure when u buy trister heating products or any other electronic products check it and buy.. I insisted on checking the product before buying but was assured that it will work fine.. when it dint work as per therapeutic needs.. there is no money refund. u will get a credit note of 6 months validity..Tristerheating products dont heat up at all..so not worth the buy.I bought the product and return in less than an hour..no matter how much the pharmacist assure u. make sure u check and buy.. specially the heating pads.Thank youRegardsDr Nikhil
