Im giving this pharmacy service as 1.. worst pharmacy branch of life pharmacy service!!! 12.00 on duty person dec. 5 2020 both male and female, keeps client crazy!They arent even aware for the medicine their giving if its controlled or not! Waited 15 minutes on the queue listening to them discussing if the medicine they prescribed for me is controlled or not even they call the clinic where ive been and they said its not... but still at the end they kee us waited so long just for discussion.Been buying with this pharmacy for monthly prescription for afternoom shift and no problem but this time with the indian guy he makes it worst going back to the clinic to the pharmacy!

I ordered Ventolin inhaler as I am suffering Asthma attack at nights and nothing comes regarding my order. Im patiently waiting for more than 4hrs. Ill just cancel my order as I will just order in other much reliable pharmacy. IM VERY DISAPPOINTED. thank you. This happened Today, Tuesday May 19, 2020 and I ordered around 5pm.

I had an issue with my baby not allowing milk until I visited Life Pharmacy and a staff there by the names Kairaly advised me to try Nutrilac stage 2 for the baby but my baby really likes this type of milk it’s very good and advise any mother with a baby having issues with accepting milk to try Nutrilac Thank you Life Pharmacy Muraqbat branch(Hyatt place) for outstanding service whenever I visit the store thanks to MR. Ansari that took his precious time together with Mr. Akhil who waited for me and gave me outstanding services even when they were about to close they still gave me time. Thank you so much

I was pregnant buying medicine at night after a long day - I handed my insurance EID and prescription- cashier told me it would take 10mins - I waited and inside the pharmacy standing then return to check the status. The cashier asked which status? He was not checking all this time! I saw my cards on the cashier and showed to him - he said he was too busy attending the cashier- i took out my things left. Very poor service! Lost my time to by meds for the day and had to wait for the next day to check from other phar’-cies.

Is there an option where instead of star, an angry emoji. Employees on this branch are so rude. Poor customer service. I am waiting in line, and when its my turn the pharcist told me that he’s still assisting the previous customer..but he is just standing behind the counter..I think the other customer is still thinking what to purchase instead of assisting of what I need, he just stand there..and his face is looking snubbish. That’s not the way you treat your customer! And to think, people coming there because they are not feeling well and this is how he treat people? And then I went to the other counter..after finishing the transaction before me and he just took the item from another customer before me. I can’t describe how disappointed I am. I want to bad mouthed them but It’s not on my nature and I dont want to go down on they’re level. I hope LIFE PHARMACY’s Management could read this and take actions on this matter. Please.
