They have a very good staff who are very knowledgeable and kind and are ready to serve you. They have free vitamin C servings provided which helps fulfill daily requirement. There is one more same of Life located on the ground floor in Al Ghurair Center which is equally big and the staff is very supportive over there.

Help! The pharmacist Thulassiram had a very bad behavior towards me today. He refused to sell to me a medecine sold online on Life Pharmacy website without prescription ! I had to explain to him politely for more than 15 mn to understand that this medecine was sold without prescription in all the pharmacies I’ve visited in UAE. I tried to make him understand that if I’d order it online I could be receiving it within one hour max but he was insisting and advising to buy it online or in other pharmacies instead of buying it in his pharmacy. The situation was just ridiculous and inefficient as we’ve all lost time and staff was playing the misunderstanding notes when me being in the middle of this theater scene without being able to do anything. So one advice, if you want to waste your time that’s the place to go for as he’ll surely do the same for any health product you’ll be looking for 🤦🏻‍♀️!

We visited this pharmacy recently and got disappointed on the way customers are handled. Mr Thulasiram as he claimed he was named who is acting as a pharmacist there wasn’t of any help and provided only wrong advices and information. I cannot believe a pharmacy such as Life could let people being so unprofessional. Last time for sure especially that we are talking health, medicine and not leisure and we can’t compromise with health.

4 hours of waiting for my delivery- had to call and do the follow up for 8x, worst — I’m suffering from dry cough and couldn’t sleep without my medicine..And the manger told me that - “I’m sorry because our delivery man is sick “ but each time I called, they always says... on the way, he is about to come now Ms.

I bought Oratane around 1 month ago and i just noticed that are missing 10 capsules. The box says that it contains 60 capsules. If i noticed this before of course i would complain immediately, but saw it right now. I live alone so nobody can take it. These medicine is very expensive so the employees must check if all the boxes are completed
