Poor service. Rajendra at this store has not responded to my order. I was told my order will be delivered within 3 hours before 12 at night. I never received it. No one bothered to call me to inform me about the status. On following up, the staff sounds irritated that we are calling to follow up. He said the order is in another store and they did not send. Still poor service from a medical store as my wife was in need of the medicine during the lock down period. Never will i buy from this store again !

Deals are are good but quality needa to be improved.I brought ear thermometer thought after a serious note device has been replaced but still the new device gives wrong value.I have blacklisted life pharmacy.
