In store purchases are good and their service is good. however, the delivery is really terrible. 1-2 hours for a medicine. i couldve gone out and got it. 5 stars for the staff but 1 star for delivery. 3 stars overall

The worst delivery service i had deal with it in my whole entire life , every time i order anything it tooks more than 1 hour which is not acceptable for medicine delivery !!

No sense of urgency. I ordered 6:30 am in the morning, they said will be delivered at 8:30 am. And I had to call at 10:30 after waiting for so long and still they are saying it will come.What’s the point of having delivery service and they are not even apologetic for it.

Today I called for delivery however I didnt receive it. I called more than 3 times to follow up. They said delivery guy is busy and he left with odders. Then I went to pharmacy by my self and the lady was in the counter was very busy with her phone she even didnt notice that Im in front of her. It felt me like she is careless and also she has shown me lack of respect. I have been to so many life pharmacies but I havnt face this kind of service. The person I deal today is rude and I felt like she has bad attitude. Life pharmacy is well-known brand in UAE anf this kind of staff will spoil the reputation of the company. Im so disappointed.

Life is the worst pharmacy in Dubai, they trick you to buy more and then when you get a voucher its not used except on beauty products not even MOUTH wash! What kind of shady lying business they are running. I rather pay triple the amount to a smaller community pharmacy

This Is the worst delivery ever.. I just called for cough syrup which 2 mins away from home as I am.not well. I called at 8.30 and did not appear until 10.30pm. I called and ask many times but no one appeared. They could find the bloody area. This is rediculous and super annoyingI will never going to but anything from life.#wasteoftime##wasteofenergy##wasteofphonecredit#

Worst service, takes more than 2.5 hrs to deliver within JVC. Mustaq promised 30 mins, follow up calls said will check and call back in 2 mins. Never bothered. Says 30 mins more.

False and misleading advertising at their store, which is forbidden by law in the UAE actually. All those Buy one get one signs are up all the time, even if there is no promotion. You notice only at check out, if you pay attention. This happened now the third time, I will not go to this branch again
