Very nice area to live. As of Feb 2021 lots of ongoing construction in the immediate area. One issue that could be addressed is that there is no pedestrian nor dedicated running cycling/ routes around the area. Bit of a misses opportunity to say its advertised as Sports City.

It is has lots of play grounds and stadium.if you are into sports then it will be your favourite place.there are no public parks though.and Unsafe for cycling and walking as there are no side roads.most of the area is under construction thats why at night lack of lighting haunts .

One of the most affordable residential areas in Dubai, it forms with the Motor city one big area served with all kind of residential services such restaurants, clinics, schools, shops ... very calm and the buildings are well maintained

Apart from the many horrendous speed bumps Dubai Sports City has some fabulous sports complexes including superb cricket ground, football areas etc. The Els Club golf facility is excellent with lovely views. Busy bar and restaurant in the club. Then there is a sports bar and restaurant, Kickers, at the entrance from Hessa Street - take a u-turn at first roundabout and its on your right. Lots of residential accommodation which isnt too expensive. Offices are also in this area. Easy access to arterial routes and Expo 2020.

There is bumps and manholes on every metar.... 🥵 It destroyers the car a big time. I cant wait my contract to finish so I can move out. And to not say how much dust its everywhere....

Sports city is like a sports complex and residential complex, where there are different playgrounds and sports activities as done both local and international level. Most of residential is new properties and affordable housing. You can enjoy some events here and sports what you like accordingly

It’s a developing community. Not many groceries or parks on the building side. But the Villa side has lots of greenery and clubs etc.

Moving out this week after two years here.Somehow when moving in they seemed to have so much going on and so much potential to develop the area into a gem.Unfortunately it has been quite the opposite.

It’s a nice residential area which has apartment, restaurants, sporting activity and many others area to enjoy and spend leisure time. It’s a family area and sporting events are organized mainly in stadium. It’s on Mohammad bin zayed E311 road and easy access to Hess street as well. Very famous and accessible.

Great cricket matches happen here with excellent seating and viewing facilities.

Owesome place, a fascinating design for a city which contain everything you need to live there, how prosperous it is, also the greens from trees, grass and flower, its really breathtaking.

Nice neighborhood, 20 minutes from downtown Dubai. Good for bachelors and small families. The best apartment buildings are the canal residence west project buildings which are facing canal and promenade, which has several Restaurants, caffe, pharmacy and supermarket.

Its a good place to find the affordable and good flats, recommending for Elite Buildings. I was expecting that as per name Sports City area and enjoinment also available for general peoples like walking or feeling nature/greenery but unfortunately its not. Discovery Garden is the best place for this category but still Sports city is best for living because of living cost.

Hello. Sport city has its own features like any other areas of Dubai. Now I live here. What are pluses: I really enjoy my apartment. Here we have many good managed mid-rise buildings.Prices for rent for tenants are much attractive than in neighboring JVC. Many apartments are already fully furnished.Minuses - you almost will not find groceries inside buildings and no parks here, no green territory at all. Pluses - carrefour in very close, just in a road, also you can order delivery at any time. Also what I like - Sport city is very close to Motor city with its Avenue, mall, cafe and restaurants.At the same time, it takes you time to get some places of interest of Dubai, all are quite far... downtown, business bay etc.We have stadium and autodrome here.In generally, I’m satisfied and will continue to stay this area...Choosing this area for life - Depends on your needs, of course..

It is my first year in Dubai Sports City, specifically in Canal West Residence. The best area in town to live at and the excellent security level is facility services towards their clients.They will just make everything easy for you to live your life.And the last thing I would mention is the availability of the external parking areas for guests, so no worries!It is highly recommended for families and friends.

As far as I’m concerned, Dubai sport city has a lot to improve, this includes landscaping, Road maintenance, and many more. I don’t live there but it is sad to see many projects in hold for so many years.

So envious about this little shopping mile. I do sometimes.take the drive to come here as i live it. I just wish the road would be closed to traffic in winter, diverting it to parallel roads and creating an outdoor pedestrian Zone. There are so many great eating places and cafes that everyone enjoys.

I went to watch the cricket match at Psl. The stadium is really well maintained. It has superb connectivity from the main city through public transport and RTA taxis. There are a lot of vendors selling food inside which is a bit expensive but ok considering the fact that you have come to watch a match.

Dubai Sport City, is a great community to live it is calm decent safe with high standards, very strategicly located with close access to Al Khail Road and Mohammed Bin Zayed road, has nice walking and running areas. It will be 12 minutes drive to the Expo 2020 and it is 22 minutes drive to both EK Airport & DWC Airport.

This is the place where Fitness Expo Dubai 2016 was set. Exceptional place, plenty of space indoors and outdoors. Yachts lined up in the back was a nice touch

The Dubai Sports City is located along the Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed road corridor and is close to the Al Maktoum International Airport. It offers a mix of residential and commercial properties along with retail and sports facilities. It is one of the first communities to embrace the Dubai Government initiative of reducing carbon emissions. As the first step in this direction, all normal sodium street lamps are being replaced by solar-powered LEDs. It also plans to create a solar farm to reduce load on the Dubai grid and generate savings for the community.
