The tennis court itself is good with good climate regime but the management of the place raises questions.When you are trying to book, they are seldom available, when you tell them “ok, I would like to book in advance”, they respond very vaguely.And the cherry on top is when you finally get your time slot, one month in advance, they call you more than 2 weeks later, just 1 week before the booked date and tell you that there had been a mistake and that the person overlooking the courts (Joel) is confessing himself that he has a private lesson at that time.Of course it is more profitable and lucrative to take a lesson (meaning taking the rent and the charge for a private class) than just a simple rent, but is it client-friendly? If one was the owner of the place, would he/she be happy with the way his property is managed?
