I had taken my son for the balls and babies classes. It was his first class. I had expected that the coach would be a little attentive towards him as it being his first class. Plus there were 2 other assistants. Coach didnt show any interest in involving my kid with the group. Assistants are for namesake. Its all hay wire there. As many classes happening simultaneously in one huge area. There is no one to look after toddlers as they have a tendency to runaway to any area other than their coaching place. If any kid would leave the group and run around to another area or court, the coach or assistants wont bother or they couldnt even notice. It was me who was running around to find my kid. I felt the place unsafe for babies and toddlers. If you are sending your kid there then please always keep an eye on them else they would end up injuring themselves. Personally I wouldnt recommend this place since they lack professionalism and a dedicated coaching area. Thankfully I had not paid for the session as it was treated as a trial session.

Worst Adminstration dont trust on what they say or promise you. They think any area bordering Dubai is inside SHARJA. They trick you to go for monthly payments and then extorts additional fees from the next month or do not renew your sessions or give you timings which are not suitable to you… dont waste your money with them

I’ve been waiting for management to decide for 6 months to reimburse me. GIVE MY MONEY BACK!I paid for 2 terms before Covid, and then when they reopened months later, my son had a problem with his feet so could not continue. I shared the doctors report in january and asked for reimbursement. It’s been 6 months and they still keep me lingering.Rude, reckless and disrespectful. This is no place to teach your kids the ethics of sports!!!

MPAC staff are very friendly and patient. I had a great time at the facility on the day of my kids’ registration. Keep up the good work guys!

A great place to learn the sport of basketball! Customer service/admin could use a little improvement but the quality of coaching really makes up for it. My 2 girls entered the academy with zero basketball experience. After one month they are super enthusiastic and motivated and have such confidence it’s amazing. They have learned far more than just basic skills as the coaches teach them about teamwork and respect. They look forward to their lessons every week and I couldn’t be happier.

Worst organisation ever , they took advance for a session in future and now refuse to refund the payments. They could not even schedule the sessions because they did not have a lease with schools. Waste of money and time. Best to avoid them.

Great academy! classes stopped during the pandemic and post the pandemic, there was no issue continuing my kids classes, same quality deliverance.

Unprofessional and very bad customer service. My son got injured while he was playing in their winter camp at mpac and the coach didn’t even give himself chance to check on my son’s foot and he made him put more pressure on the injured foot so the injured got worse because of the late treatment, I took him to the emergency right after he’s done and doctor asked to rest for 4 to 6 weeks until he recover and can play again , I emailed mpac the doctor report and shared all what doctor has said moreover called them 4 times and asked to refund for the last day but they didn’t get back to me until now, this was since December 28th, I am really disappointed with the lack of communication with the customer service at mpac, I thought they are more professional and responsible. However, with my experience I am not recommending them at all to anyone because of their bad and unacceptable way they are treating the customer.They abused the trust I had instilled in them to take care of my child and therefore I will never be using their services ever again. Their lack of training, professionalism, responsiveness, customer care and many more essential characteristics required to run a professional business renders them unable to meet customer standards.

1. Everything will look perfect until your payment is done, thereafter you are done to them as a customer too.2. Expect them to change the training location of your children to a whole different city without refund or compensation.3. No way you can get hold of their Management no matter what your concern is.4. Complete waste of money, time and tension on top of what everybody is going through.Stay away at any cost.

Garbage company. They replied to my review with LIES. I went to check the 1st class, to see how they handle kids, and went early. I walked in and caught a huge mess, obviously they werent expecting people to show up. I found tons of kids unattended, age groups all mixed, my little girl in a basketball court trying to rebound a ball while she was under the basketball hoop with teenagers throwing balls at it. DISASTER. Then I decided to remove her and asked for a refund which THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME. I HAD TO COMPLAIN TO DUBAI CONSUMER PROTECTION.

Very bad customer service, it has been a WEEK of me trying to book a basketball court to play, every time i speak to a representative he/she says they will call me back and nothing. I would be worried if i own this place as to the people i have working there. Zero stars if i could. AND TO ADD, when i finally had someone call back i was told where do you have the right to write negatively on social media and then had the phone shut on my face! Absolutely unprofessional!

Very disappointed. I booked for one hour machine with the machine. Cost me like 200 AED. The machine only works for half an hour and the coach doesnt show up.

I love all the programs, the leagues and especially the open runs where I get to play games every week at a very low price. Thank you MPAC!

Worst experience in Dubai for a service provider everI have a refund approval from them since 10 March 2020, and till now I haven’t got my refund.I haven’t took a single class with them and they are not paying my money although they approved the refund.I never seen such place with bad management and no credibility in 15 years in Dubai.I am going to raise a complaint to the customer rights after I lost the hope to solve the problem with them directly. And I am sure I will get my money as we are in Dubai.Really really disappointed from this company!

Is it to much to be able to get a hold of anyone in your office? I’ve tried every possible way to have one (1) question answered but there is no way to speak or even chat to one person from MPAC. We payed everything and would like to be treated as a customer also! Seriously disappointed to the core!!! And please don’t blame the virus now for not returning or answering one phone call, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp because when you need something, you sure as heck find a way to contact us.May you find some business sense and learn how to treat your customers, and may I make better decisions in the future and not pay for a nonexistent service!!!

The place is good, but a basic expected service is drinkable water specially if you are paying for.

The classes have resumed but no uniforms kit have been provided.. it’s been 3/4 weeks since & whenever I call the system is not updated & no call returned back after promising ! least expected even cancellation of class on JAN9th at DIA was not notified earlier!!! No professionalism & respect shown towards customers ! just fooling with false promises to everyone

We absolutely love MPAC! The training they provide has dramatically boosted my daughters confidence and coach Ike always provides her with feedback on exactly what she needs to do to get to the next level. She is now at the Intermediate B level and by the end of this year her goal is to be Intermediate A. Keep it up Mpac.

I would not register with them!!We paid the cost in full but only a few days before the lockdown due to the Covid situation.Our son (Bilal) did not go to a single class. My wife contacted them immediately requesting a refund, but they are still refusing to refund the fees hoping that we will go away!Before registering we were bombarded with calls, but now they seem not to have anyone to give us a straight answer.I would keep away from them. If they are as good as they claim, they wouldnt hang on to peoples money when not a single session was attended.I am planning to lodge a complaint about them to DoED.

My boys have taken classes with MPAC and have really enjoyed them! The coaches are really good at basketball and fun to train with so it is very inspiring for the kids. I highly recommend this company for youth sports!

MPAC is great! My sons skills have improved significantly. The best thing about it is that it isn’t just basketball- they really focus on respect, teamwork and discipline. MPAC is a premiere youth basketball organization. They have programs for all skill levels, and have many different locations. The coaches are extremely patient and work well with the kids. I high recommend them!

Not good at all , I registered for the term 3 sessions before covid pandemic , and the sessions never started and the management refuse to refund since 2 months !!!I do not recommend this company at all !

The sessions were good, however the 200 AED kit was never delivered to me when coaches brought all the other kids their kits. The coaches kept saying they would bring it next session, but they never did. So disappointed.

MPAC is an awesome program and great staff. Many providers cant match their effort to provide a high standard of training.

Our oldest daughter feels so comfortable around the MPAC coaches and other kids and it is so amazing to have access to such talented people teaching our kids the fundamentals of the worlds greatest sport!

Terrible management. The accounts department is the worst I’ve seen so far. I have a refund confirmation since March due to a change in location from their side that doesn’t suit my kids schedule. They are yet to refund!!! I’ve been calling them everyday and sending reminders. But hopeless, accounts are avoiding to pay and now they are avoiding my calls. Total rip off. Beware.

Ive been in mpac for 5 years now. and not only did i get better at basketball, but i also learnt discipline and respect for the people around me. mpac is an academy like none other. with world class coaches that have a unique fun way of teaching basketball especially my coach (coach ike). im planning to train at mpac for future years as well and see where that takes me :).
