Sun & Sand Sports is located near main entrance. This branch is not so huge. But it is more than enough. Good display materials. Well cleaned. As their collection are sports brand such as Nike, under armour, adidas and more, price is not low. Here more wear is available than equipment of sports.

Customer service is the worst experience ever, ive been trying to return an item bought online for the last 2 weeks and no one from customer service can make arrangement to refund /exchange the item. ive made at least 10 requests for the last 2 weeks and still no one reply to emails or return phone call

Dont buy here using your Creditcard!!!! I justhad an issue with their Credit card machine and had to waste my time calling the bank to make sure I was not charged twice.Lack of knowledge staff that were giving excuses to the problem.Its not just about the money, its about the fault in their systems. Credit cards are supposed to be safe, right?! Not at this shop

If you are buying from Sun and sands sports, do not order. I have been waiting for my delivery for a week+ and they sent the item to the wrong location twice. In addition, their customer service is very bad, and they do not offer you any solutions.

Your sales team doesn’t even have the will to help the customers.I came to ask about 3 shows that i saw online, and they mention they don’t have and most probably i will not find in other stores and i can only check in your outlet which is “ not very organized” if i can quote what they said !!I asked if they can check the system with the product code and they said they don’t have that kind of system that you can check on with the product code ( a NB to the management if you really can’t check the system with codes this will be really a weird thing).Put to that that if i hate the store because i obviously get absolutely no help then i will have to be directed to online store where i need to wait for 7-14 days to get the goods and i don’t have the opportunity to make the order and then collect it from a store to make things fast.It is a dilemma, all stores makes customers life easier to push sales and you guys need to consider the way you treat your customers!!Thanks!

3 weeks after the order, i had to call to find out that the item us out of stock. Didn’t even got refund yet!They need to learn with other companies how to deal with online orders! Worst experience

Very poor customer service, couldnt get anyone to answer the phone for 4 days! Online shipping is a disaster, delivery is late for 3 weeks and still not received (the only answer of the CS employee was based on the system!) Do not order anything online, they are up to being professional in this.

Rude staff

Bought around four Peices from this place at mall of the emirates . one peice was faulty So I came Same day to replace it with unit of the Same Model. they did not have the Same Model So I asked for a refund and they Refused.Arrogance and stupidity are the only two words I can think of ..it you dont have a replacement you must Refund.I dont Want to replace that part with hats or socks.please Dont buy from there!

You wouldn’t find anything more stupid than this their online store. Incredibly lazy in delivery of the items. Customer service is pathetic. The moment you complaint that why the items aren’t delivered, they will immediately say shall we cancel the order?These people should have some education

Avoid buying online at Sun and Sand Sports. I returned 2 items and they only refunded me for 1 claiming they only received 1 item. Two weeks after the items were collected Im still waiting for my refund of 1 item which they claim they processed. Unprofessional and lack of organisation.

Great store, with different sales out going every month! A pretty big store, with all that Sun & Sand Sports has to offer!

My one stop to shop for all sportswear and sporting goods. Big store and always on offers both in-store and online.

With they have more bargains.
