I surly recommend this place. Good price and Best treadmill dealer and wholesale dealer of all brand of fitness equipment.

So disappointed. They run old stock of shoes that will wear and tear after two or three wears. You go back to get a refund or exchange and the out you through a bureaucratic loop hole of “customer service” that will make you give up on getting refunded or exchanged. The manager of the shop needs a training in customer service and she needs to learn their own Terms and Conditions.

Good experiences in the stores.Bad experience in the mobile app. Placed an order specifically using the filter to only show shoes available in the size I need. Ordered the shoes. 2 days later I call them myself since it says 1-2 days delivery and upon calling them I find out they don’t have the shoes I ordered. I asked if I could get a better store credit to buy shoes, since this was the first cheapest model I liked for 279 AED. Answer was no. They told me instead it will be an urgent refund max 7 working days.I don’t know for what they push their mobile app online on social media if they can’t handle orders.

The shop is a mess. Mens, womens and kids clothing is all mixed up an you have to check the entire store for the things that you need.The staff is always busy chatting and being on their phones and are not willing to help.However, they store is big and the prices are ok. So surely you will find something there. But I wouldnt recommend the store if you have other options.

The staff are too busy chatting and laughing with each other loudly while blatantly ignoring customers without even a greeting. The prices are barely discounted unlike what it reflects on the shopfront. There arent many options for ladies wear. Wont be returning there thats for sure
