Never buy from this store, items are defective and are sold on discount.Then they dont work they don’t refund your money back. They give Replcement as any items which you might not needed.Moreover, by the time you revisit the store for replacements the same items are sold out.I got seriously stuck with unwanted items worth of 69 nike water bottle....

This so called Sports Store has gradually declined in offerings over the years, to the point where, its pretty much a shoe and clothing store now. The range of actual Sports Equipment is sparse to non-existent. Its just rack after rack of outfits. I guess that is what the public wants, but I advise you to look elsewhere if you want to buy any Sports equipment. You will not find so much as a single swimming accessory for example. Lots of swimming costumes yes. Flippers? No. Goggles? No. Gym equipment? Zero. They need to rename it to S&S Sports Clothing Store.

Nice place with very good prices.. However we just experienced poor/bad customer service under the name of (Maritess-10000857). We understand that sometimes we are tired specially in weekends cause there is lot of customer but we can’t understand the way she treat us, when where paying by cash she’s telling she don’t have change, she asked maybe we have change or card, I told to her we do not have,then she Return our money, we get her point that we are need to find a change for our money.We understand that she is tired, but the way she treat and her gesture is not proper for good customer service. Since we like very much the item we find change and came back to the store to get the item. She gave her name to us, and told you can complain this is my name Maritess- Oasis Centre Branch). She is not scared for complain).She made our night disgusted the way she treated us.Hope management can take action for her attitude.

Bought around four Peices from this place at mall of the emirates . one peice was faulty So I came Same day to replace it with unit of the Same Model. they did not have the Same Model So I asked for a refund and they Refused.Arrogance and stupidity are the only two words I can think of ..it you dont have a replacement you must Refund.I dont Want to replace that part with hats or socks.please Dont buy from there!

If I could have granted a zero, I would have. My online experience has been terrible with these guys. First of all, there are no EU shoe size to cm size conversion. As such, I used google chart to convert from cm to EU size and ordered as such. The received product was LARGER though. Be careful as they did not refund me back.
