I love this spa and I always go there when I stay at the Grand Hyatt Dubai hotel. They have very nice big jacuzzi, steam room and dry sauna. The spa is connected with indoor pool what is quite big. The spa is also connected to the outdoor pool area with garden and a pool bar.

Located in Grand Hyatt , I went for a Gym session and the place was very clean and tidy , there are sufficient trademills and equipment of high quality spread over 2 separate rooms , it is tied to an indoor pool that is quite big and has a jacuzzi, it is an adult pool from 5 pm till 11 pm while kids can come supervised from 11am till 5 pm , the place is very relaxing and easily connected for a gym pool back to room session

A nice club in a grand hotel. One of the biggest pools in the city with a seperate fun section for kids including slides and rain shower area. They also have an indoor lap pool for adults. The changing rooms and showers are great. Only lot of restrictions on kids using the main shower room. Worth a visit with family. Staff around the pool are very helpful and friendly.Plentry of free parking area outside the hotel. To visit the club, you need to pass through the grand hotel lobby which feels luxurious. Will visit again.

Nice facilities, very professional

This place is great. The staff are always so polite and kind to me. Nail polish selection could be more varied for the money as it’s quite pricey, but overall a fab service.

I really enjoy it except when people bring their mobile phones in the relaxation room, against the rules! The attendant needs to be more observant!

The quality of this place has dropped dramatically. I lived in the Hyatt between 2003-2009 and the facilities at that time were very well taken care of and immaculate.The price for a massage has increased more than double in the time, which taking into consideration inflation makes some sense but it is not justifiable for the quality vs. the competition.The wet facilities are worn down, chipped tiles and lack all the extras you would get at a high end priced spa, for example previously the shower products were Loccitane now they are a non branded soap in the shower that doesnt smell as good.Unfortunately, considering the mismatch of higher end price, lower quality product and facilities that are now worn down I would not go back. It is so unfortunate because I really liked this haven.

Great place to spend some quality time for yourself..

No wonder they have bad reviews. Have been trying for an hour to reach someone to make a massage appointment. The front desk just puts me on hold on a long distance phone call. I thought this was a 5 star hotel?

Beautiful facilities but ruined by there rude staff. The guy asked me to remove my stuff out of the locker in a very rude way. The receptionist didnt provide me a key to the locker and I didnt know that i have to take it from her. Such a trip could be ruined by such attitudes.
