Since 2 weeks I am trying to understand if they have a product I need and what will be the cost. I made 3 phone calls they promised will call back, they asked me 1mil question about me and nothing. The worse part is if I am trying to call again now I can not get in touch anymore 🤔I never expected this experience with such a prestigious name

They are best for worst support. We bought a Surface book 2 from their authorized distributor with 3 year accidental cover Damage. The cost (AED 15K )was double of same configuration dell. Now there is a problem with the laptop screen and there is no proper support. Even in the support center Technician don’t know where to check the serial number of a Surface book. Instead of the Surface book S.No he has taken the Keyboard S.No and saying he will send a quote for repair since the device doesnt cover under warranty. It took almost 1 hour to give the Laptop to the Service Center. Now after 3 days the status shows the case is assigned to an Engineer. Dear MS, If you cant give proper support Please stop selling Surface products in UAE or appoint a professional Service Center.

I bought service pro tablet from Jumbo. 8 month there was some water damage. Microsoft denied warranty which is understandable. I asked to fixand they we cant, give it to us and will give you refurbished one for 2250.They asked me 1800 to recover data only. Then dropped down to 1200 and. What a piece of fragile device. I think it is not for daily use and no replacement parts .It looks very nice but very fragile nonfixable device. A waste of money.

I had an interview in the facility. Interior is well designed. Its well lit, spacious and nicely decorated. Furniture is high quality. Cafeteria has good quality food along with diverse verity. Meeting rooms, however, are not very big; suitable for small huddles though.

Attend a very informative seminar regarding Sharepoint and Solution 2 Share. Very nice atmosphere.

I got issues with battery charging capacity & life on my Surface Pro 4 almost for a year after certain update to newer version of Win 10.tried all published solutions and steps in vain. Virtual Tech. agent is cheap useless & no human interaction available to explain exactly what I face & what I did to rectify. very lousy Tech support

I had a pleasure of having office in the same building for around six years. MS office in DIC is very well decorated, spacious and well equipped with all modern facilities and gadgets. We were surrounded with the great and smart peoples of the industry one wish to work with.

I bought one labtop (Surface Pro6) from on of Abu-Dhabi retailer, I faced an issue with the labtop, then i send it for repair, since 15 days not respond from the retailer or the service center. i do not think i will buy and product form Microsoft, or at least i will not relay on their warranty. can you imagine 15 days with no labtop.

I want to report Intertech Vision ME located in Al Quoz Industrial Area 4 for using unlicensed Microsoft Office software in all their computers. Please arrest the managers, they instruct their staff to install unlicensed Microsoft products on all their computers.

So for the Past few months i have been trying to get my Access of my Microsoft, Live, Outlook, Xbox accounts that is linked to my Email address that i have full access to.Then you do the online support and give as much info as possible and then Microsoft denies this.I have access to my Email. Send the Reset email to me and i can edit.I have my full passport for you aswell confirming it is me.I just want my access back as i have Office and want to use my own account. And Microsoft is not letting me reset my Account.

Have been here for an orientation on Imagine cup (a competition hosted by Microsoft). Hence, got to see their working culture and environment. They have a family kind of culture and the environment is really good.

Technology.. people.. knowledge..are amazing!!! But you need to carry your food with you if you are spending a day in Microsoft...the catered food was not good...

Good location, decent facility, always getting improved. best employer in gulf, stocks are going up 50% in the last couple of years. What is more to say?

I went to microsoft to repair my microsoft band 2 but they said this place is just for marketing.they didnt even have surface products!But the building was beautiful and staff members were friendly

It was well arranged seminar for microsoft and ls retail. It gave a good understanding of product and future plans.

This is not a Microsoft store and it is only the office. There is no official Microsoft store in the Middle East. The staff in here are very friendly.
