I ordered 40 mins ago, no one is confirming my order, neither checking if it already in preparation. Customer service of chatfood is not working either. Cold stone shop also not answering. But the payment deduction is very fast.. if you are planning to innovate for new order delivery please improve your customer service as this is from food industry and you must serve it right specially us waiting for our food.

I have ordered from one of the restaurants that was working with ChatFood, my order was delayed , At first i blamed ChatFood but then i realized ChatFood has nothing to do with Delivery Process. They are a software company not a delivery company and they dont do delivery unlike other food applications. Should have blamed the restaurant not ChatFood. I even had a little chat with ChatFood team on their website via Live Chat which everyone can do it. They were so kind and supportive! Good job guys! Keep up!

It was worst experience .My order got delayed almost 30 minutes .I followed up with customer service , they responded better reach restaurant directly .If so, whats the point of ordering from chatfood .Its a big No No for future order .I am expecting to receive cold food now.Definitely ruined my cheat day .

More than 2 hours waiting, when i tried calling the resto they said they dont know about the delivery as it is not by their driver. No way to track live status of delivery. After more than 2 hours driver called , i cancelled as we already left the and i had no idea that the order pushed through. Better order in zomato or other app. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I made order using chatfood from tim Hortons and paid online at 9.36 Am. They stated order will be delivered in 43 mins. After 45 mins the order was marked as delivered while it was not received. They added tom Hortons number to follow up. I contacted the number and they stated order is on the way. Till 11.30 order not delivered. I contact them to cancel and refund. Till 2.30 pm nobody contacted me for that and whenever I call tim Hortons, they say we will contact you back!!!!!!!!! I dont know if the issue with chatfood or tim Hortons but I feel that I am in front of unprofessional and careless ppl from both sides.

Worst company to order food , I ordered from tim Hortons I didn’t know it was via this company which they didn’t deliver my order for more than 1 hour and half until I called tim hortons, never orders from chat food stay away from them

They accept orders on behalf of restaurants when restaurants dont even have drivers. And when I called the restaurant 1 hour later they said that they werent even notified. I lost 107 aed

Very bad experienceOder was late i had to call the restaurant twice. They said the delivery guy was late and just picked up the order (60 minutes after ordering). 10 minutes after that the delivery guy calls me asking for the address and saying he needs 35 minutes to reach my placeI cancelled the order and no one followed up ...
