Very very bad retail software. 0% customer support and any body answer the telephone always said something technical issue... technical problem and etc.....Really i am not see like this kind off software solution very bad......This software solution sales person always telling lie.....But really very very worst software solution and the staff answers very bad ...... ex-specially staff name vaishad,praveen,faizy,shiyas,majitha,praveen and more people........i am very upset this software solution.last few month i am thinking why i am buy this software shut.........

Reliable, quick customer support, best performance and solutions for all needs. We started it approx 12 months back and we are super satisfied with it. The Best in the market. We have requested for 4 New Customized reports and 3 reports was created for Free of Cost.

Everything is fine, but they advertising in their brochure and website that *24/7* Customer service, when I contacted for a issue , they didn’t took call, they have only customer service from 8 am to 5 pm.Bad customer service experience.

Ive been looking for a pos to manage by restaurant business, which can handle dine in, take away and delivery alike. Finally chose Ipos which works well with my operations, giving greater visibility on my sales, inventory costing etc. And the best part is it reduced my dependencies to generate tax reports as well with an integrated financial accounting module. Strongly recommended!

We opted for ipos retail pos system for our minimart in Dubai.Nice simple solution with great inventory application.

I strongly urge all f&b industry not to go for their pos system. Its disheartening to write a review like this when you have invested such huge amount in building a platform for operations trusting the company. Firstly we were sold an out dated version for a mark up price and a new software was launched within 3 months of we purchasing, however since we were expanding and trusted the iPos vision we decided to upgrade at full cost with added purchase for our new set up branch but unfortunately the application / service / and attitude is pathetic, they have no idea of their product and applications and certainly are not fit to call them selves a software company. Its not about money we can change our software what hurts me is the time invested trusting these guys, such a bad decicion to opt for iPos. I hope anyone reading this takes an careful evaluation before taking up their f&b pos system.
