Very unprofessional, I paid the full amount to develop an app and I didn’t receive my app yet. It has been almost 4 years now.

I used their service for designing our company logo, stationary items and few brochures in 2018. Henry from Ingic worked with us; personally this is the most professional team I have ever worked with.What I like about them? They have a proper thought process which really made things easy for both of us to achieve our goal. Communication was platinum level from Henry.I also wanted them to take over the web design but, the final decision was made by the company owners to allocate the job to some other agency they were familiar with.Why am I posting it now because, I am brand loyal person and our client-business relationship was so productive with Ingic. I love the logo they created for us.

NEVER deal with this company .. since 3 years they didnt finish my company app .. and now the website is not working and i can not reach any one .. no one answer the phone or reply to our mails even in USA and their number in Dubai is not working .. dont waste your money and time with such very bad company

We agreed on something and amount was paid i did not even get 40% of what i was expecting and i already lost my reputation with companies because they cannot stick to their deadlines and the work is not as great as how they describe it to be. their clients only did 1 page applications or a survey. so dont get fooled with what they tell you. I surely will be taking this to court.Please to anyone who is willing to do something an unprofessional company, think again.

I advised my company to get a mobile application and a website made from this company Ingic because I had heard a lot of good things about this company from my peers. And no wonder why it has such a good reputation because they delivered everything on time and guess what, everything was pitch perfect, no glitches at all, they even gave us timely updates that for totally free. It is because of this reason we have signed a deal for ten years. This guys are masters at their craft I am telling you.

Fake people watch out! all their US guys and numbers are all fake! another outsourced business from india that pretends to operate in US and get away with delays and mistakes by blaming US people.They tried to escape their mistake by saying that the contract was signed with US Office and that the guys in Dubai have nothing to do with them and not to bother them. The results that we got in the first week were so astonishing that we deiced to take their yearly braining package which they offered us at a discount of 30%. Its been 3 years and we are completely satisfied with the results by working with ingic.

Ingic is probably the worst company that I dealt with in my life. I had my contract with them in Dubai in September 2017 and the project was supposed to be delivered before Christmas 2017. It is June 2019 and no result! They even stop replying my emails. So for sure I do not recommend this company and surely will follow up the matter with higher authorities.

I had a pretty bad experience with INGIC (Dubai). A contract was signed, an amount was discussed, timelines were drawn & agreed upon, and account managers were assigned. I mean . . . your typical process of kick starting a small project, right?I found their lack of adherence to the agreed timelines quite shocking. And the way their overseas employees spoke to my female colleagues was absolutely unacceptable. They had a loop-hole or two in their contract (which obviously benefited them).All-in-all, it is your prerogative if you choose to work with this group of individuals, but my advice is make sure you dot all the is and cross all the ts before signing or agreeing anything.

We have had an e-commerce website for a long time. We can say without any reluctance that the current version of our website designed and developed by INGIC is the best we have had till date. Our older website was serving its purpose but was static and difficult to maintain and manage. We were constantly dependent on the service providers. Thankfully INGIC has saved us from that constant hassle. They not only developed the website but made it sure that it is easy to manage by ourselves and now we do not have to rely on any external support as all the backend processes can be handled in-house. The website’s modular architecture lends itself efficiently to future updates without hindering any current features and plugins.

Our initial quote was really cheap, but the cost in time and frustration was not worth it. We ended up ditching the platform they made for us, as it just didnt work well. Terrible UI/UX for our clients, and was not great for us on the back end either. Asked for a small update to be done after a few months, and they quoted us the same amount as it cost to build the whole platform. If you do decide to go with Ingic, your quote may be cheap, but be prepared for it to take a long time, and for the final product to be subpar.I would be very wary of any of the positive reviews they are getting here.Just want to add that the majority of these 5 star reviews arent real. Check out some of the other 5 star reviews, and you will see that these reviewers just so happen to be giving 5 star reviews to the same companies. Editing Daily, Logomatics?
