Was in Dubai Mall and outlet mall bcoz i wanted to buy a shoes but theres no longer naturalizer there.

Tired of irresponsible service!Bought the shoes in Dubai Mall, that was the last pair which was on display. I was assured that they will send me brand new one from stock to my home I just need to do the payment there.The shoes I got was the same which was in the store, the one on display.They asked for second chance and the same story again!Ok, no problem, may be last piece I just asked to return money.20 days and my money is still with them :(Called to check about my money back.First phone was picked up by one person after explanation she gave to another person where I have to explain again from beginning!!! 🤦🏻‍♀️I try to understand many things but today wa the last drop! Why the hell you are picking up the phone where you can’t help?! And why you can’t explain before giving the phone to new person? I pissed off and still did not get any answer!!! Waste of money and time!Service is on ZERO level!God bless customers with this kind of service
