Poor service after buying, if we get any complaints damage they will not repire, then why we paying this much of money for this worst product, after buying my shoe my shoe buckle got damaged, they told they will not repire. No guarantee or warranty after 14 days, i have one doubt they don’t have commonsense? Normally complaints will come after 1 or 2 months, i am ready to pay cash also for there repire. But they told they can’t do. Very bad and poor service.

Beautiful shop with tons of goods but few staff to serve, makes your whole shopping experience take longer than expected. Ruins the shopping fun experience.

Very poor customer service.Salesman poor organised. Doesnt know who they are serving.Make customer wait unnecessary without proper interaction.You can visibly see the shop guys doesnt have that enthusiasm to serve customers.They dont understand it affect their business.went to buy 3pair of shoes left shop with one pair because of their poor customer service.Never visit again.

It was my first visit in your showroom and cant imagine how disappointing and diaster my experience would be i was waiting and asking the sales executive to show the shoes in my size which I like and they were like sir wait for sometime and then I was keep waiting for half an hour. They were busy talking to each other and checking their mobile phones but no one cared about the customer . I will recommend not to visit any of your outlet anywhere if they dont want to get insulted.

Never trust this store for their fake promises on quality and warranty. I do agree that they have got some good leather products but there are many shoes that arent leather but made of artificial leather around the price range of AED 150 to 200.I have purchased one of such shoes and have got to the default warranty for 6 months. After my purchase Ive used this shoe only once for my Switzerland trip and after a week the first layer of the artificial leather had started to peel off from both the shoes. Though I have given the shoe to the Aldo store for repair/replacement they havent done anything and had replied that these damages will not be covered. So at last all Ive got for this interaction is just a fake promise from the store manager that he will give good offers on my next visit.This incident took place more that an year ago and Ive decided to post this incident after one of my friends have got that same experience from Aldo recently.So please be careful when you are buying from this store. The true leather products are good by default on any store, but if you are buying a non leather product here the warranty that they give is nothing but an eye wash.
