Beware they are scammers .. we have signed contract with them for cash on delivery service .in the starting they worked fine and after 2 months they run away with my pending amount worth 1000s of AED.

Tried several courier companies and luckily I found Safe Arrival. They have best service, always in time, very competitive prices, professional drivers with good appearance and communication skills. The collected COD is always transferred on time and there is no extra charge on it. Really happy with their service! Very good partner for my ecommerce!

Been calling for 15 mins to 25 mins at a time for atleast 20 times and no response.Guys please dont even waste your time here.I dont have an option as delivery was arranged by merchant

This is the worst courier I have ever had to use in my life. The driver is incredibly rude. When he had arrived, I could hear the thud of my shipment carrying a brand new gaming console worth thousands of dirhams hitting the floor. Avoid this company at all costs.

I must say about their courier service, the best courier service in UAE. Staff as well as drivers are very professional and cooperative. Delivery Schedule is one Time and, if it advised to provide additional services from the drivers side to different places. They are always ready. So I recommend that if you want to use the courier service. Use SAFE ARRIVAL as your business partner.

Very very poor and disappointing services. Trying to call customer service since 2 days. They keep you waiting for 15 minutes and still no response . I have a parcel arriving from sephora .it was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Its still not delivered. And I dont know whom I should contact now. One of the worst courier service I have ever experienced. Courier guy calls me saying he will come and deliver the same day and night he calls and tells me he is in AUH awhile the delivery suppose to happen in dubai. To log a complain I called the call center the whole day no one responded. How these companies can be irresponsible. Very sad

We are very much upset with their service. The status gets updated in the night without even contacting us saying that the customer didnt respond to their call. The customer care is not responsive at all. We had to wait in the call for almost 30 mins and we made atleast 7 to 8 calls. No one answered the call to our surprise. I never experienced this kind of courier service in Dubai.

Used to be amazing when they were called wings. Since safe arrival everything went downhill, delivery drivers turning up wearing pakistani clothes, late and missing deliveries, no response. I dont know what changed but I wont be using them again.

It is not true that they offer the best logistic solutions and courier delivery services one of the top logistic company in UAE and KSA..Delivery to KSA were delayed for 1 month, to think that KSA is just an hr away from USE. The customer service cannot even give you the exact status of the shipment. Our shipment to ksa was about to lost, if you didnt call them hundred times in a day they will just let your parcel not to found and ignore you. the customer service were very unprofessional they will easily declined your calls. I am amazed by the service provided by Safe arrival. I booked the service on Wednesday night u der Saver services. The parcels were picked on Thursday and delivered to my clients on Friday. Sharjah to motor it and sharjah to Abu Dhabi...in just 1 day. Thankyou safe arrival.

It was way better when it was still Wing. It became worse after their transition to Safe Arrival. Payments are way too delayed for COD shipments. I had to follow up on daily basis as there will be no action if you dont. I havent received my payment as of this moment and been waiting for two weeks now (I get my payment bi-weekly). The only response Im getting is will check with accounts, give us time . So better think twice now before you decide to open an account with them.

I been in business for the last ten years dealing with a lot of different fright companies locally and internationally. This company is the worst among all these companies. they really have a bad attitude and they dont to deserve to be called a company even. Unprofessional staff and disrespectful.

Delivery speed is fine, but sometimes its late for 1 extra day, the main problem with me was the withdrawal of my money from safe arrival account, it has been 14 days till now and they keep saying tomorrow and i didnt get my money yet, awful service, will definitly look for another courier company, even if it will be a little bit more costly but at least i will not be waiting for 2 or 3 weeks to get my money
