I have seen my package have cleared the customs before 10 days but till now I did not hear from them and when I am calling them its an answering machine which asks you questions and keep you on hold for 5/6 mind and disconnects .I am very disappointed with this.If anyone knows how to deal with them ply tell me.I am in Dubai UAE.

Cant pay online and courier doesnt have change or a card machine. What unprofessional service from FedEx. Sort this out asap.

I have shipped a key to the US for AED291.5; but got charged AED2915 (extra zero) on my credit card; 10 days pasted without any actions after filing the complaint, and I have called 7 times to follow up and still waiting to get my money back! Such a shame!

Went to collect a courier as I preferred that, staffs were very friendly and very efficiently handled. Got the parcel very fast. Office was very easy to locate. But had problem with parking. Name FEDEX creates a perception in our mind and the service we get really keeps the brand name at highs.

Worst Service ever received!! I have asked my brother to pay extra bugs for a premium and fast service as the brand seems to be big but its worst than a local service providers... No courtesy to inform the customer about the delayed delivery nor keeping up to the scheduled delivery... Atleast communicate about the delayed service dammit!!

FEDEX is a JOKE......I use them every month to get my medication from the United States and every month there is an issue....Well this month they were a day late and when I went to the Dubai Airport Terminal 2 what a joke.....The men who are working tell me there are no supervisors which is a right out LIE.....I had to argue with them for over 2 hours and all of a sudden they found a supervisor....Now they were to...have my package at the Terminal 2 after it clear customs...JOKE....theses JERKS... put it on a truck and sent it to another facilaties. Now after being there for over 2 1/2 hours they tell me I can only get my medication tomorrow morning at the other JOKE OF THE FACILITY.....WE GET THERE AT 7:30 AM AND THEY WOULD RELEASE THE PACKAGE .....FIRST WE GET THERE THE DOOR IS OPEN AND A SECRUITY GUY COMES OUT TRYING TO TELL ME THEY WONT GIVE ME MY PACKAGE TIL 9:00 AM....I HAVE TO BE AT WORK AT 8:45 NOT TO MENTION, BUT WHO CARES ABOUT THE CUSTOMER SURE AS HELL NOT FEDEX. I CALLED THE SUPERVISOR AT THE AIRPORT TERMINAL 2 IN DUBAI AND THE SUPERVISOR SAID THEY WERE GOING TO BRING THE PACKAGE UP IN 10 MINS.............RIGHT NOT!!!! I HAD TO CALL THIS SUPERVISOR BACK AND AMAZING AT 9:05 MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED......I SIGNED IT MICKEY MOUSE....I AM GOING TO GET HALF MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE FEDEX SENT MY PACKAGE FROM DEARBORN HGTS MICHIGAN TO MEMPHIS AND THEN TO FRANCE.....WERE IT SAT FOR 14 HOURS BEFORE THEY FINALLY SENT IT TO DUBAI........TOTALLY FEDEX IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL.....THERE ARE ONLY 2 MEN THERE AT REALLY WORK HARD ON CUSTOMER CARE......

They called me in early morning to ask for my location, then they said that they will deliver. after 4 hours I called them and after waiting 15 minutes on the line they told me that my package is still in their office because the address is UN-IDENTIFIED !!!
