This station is small but very effective. Its location should be convenient for many customers. The staff are generally helpful and courteous. One of them thinks hes tough and strict on rules. Hes disappointing many customers and turning them away. Their hours are ok. Their prices are going up lately. I dont like that.

Very accessible, just a minute away from the metro station. Crowded and no social distancing. Hardly find a table to dine at the foodcourt.

I send 1 shipment from dubai to india on 18 aug 2021 and they told only 2 to 3 days your shipment will be delivere but till now 26 aug 2021 not receive my shipment and no one response on call I send so many emails & complain on Aramex official website but didnt reply.

The guy that runs this counter is rude and fairly unhelpful. I asked for him to look for a package that was due to arrive and he wouldn’t. 5 minutes later I received a notification that it was now ready for collection.Not to mention the guy sitting on the counter next to him not wearing his mask properly.

Worst customer service and worst courier I experienced!!!! I ordered from iHerb and I have scheduled my delivery yesterday at 2-6pm. I’ve been waiting til 6 and suddenly in the evening I received a notification that my items were delivered already. To where? To a different address!! Without calling or messaging me on whatsapp before delivery like how couriers do. They delivered just like that!!! I spent too much on iHerb only for them to misplace it!! Now I have been trying to contact their customer service and sending complaints thru app and website but only answering machine is available. I haven’t got any single response on email also. Totally disappointed. I would never ever deal with this courier anymore. Really the worst!!!!!!!!!

Regret to send an express shipment with aramex, they kept verifying the shipment for 4 days and due to urgency i canceled it and send it by DHL and it was delivery in 30 hours, if you are going to send any urgent shipment. Try to avoid aramex. They don’t care and you will not reach the customer support easily and it will end up going to their location.

Can’t find the way to contact them, even they have customer service hotline number it’s only an answering machine who speaks only arabic! Worst thing is they have all the items but not able to deliver it. My shipments came here in UAE all the way from USA only after a day of my purchased online, aramex received my items 2 days after I ordered from iHerb but it took a million years before they deliver it or should I ask, are you still able to deliver it because it’s more than 10 days now and still waiting for your message in whatsapp that the item is out for delivery, but no I haven’t received any messages. So what I did is I make another schedule for delivery and still not delivered for the second time around!!! I have 2 shipments from aramex and one came only from carrefour!!!! Both did not come yet!At the end I did the pick up option instead and it was successful, then upon tracking it, it still says need the delivery address!!! I will collect in one of you branch but still you need the address??? For what??? Very disappointing and bad service! The items are very important because that’s our vitamins!

The worst slowest service ever. I just went to collect my credit card delivery yesterday. Told the guy I am here just to collect and he was dealing with another customer who was sending some documents which was taking too long negotiating prices. Even the same customer told him to give me my package first and then proceed as it had been very long but still he denied and made we wait. So I told him I will go and finish something else until he finishes with this client. I came back after 40mins and he was still not done plus 3 more people in waiting. How slow can someone be? I couldnt believe it. This guy was slower than a snail. Aramex needs to educate their employees and train them better. Watch the cctv footage for 7thApril and note the average wait time for each customer. Its really pathetic.

I have a very very very very bad experience with aramex , as Im waiting for my courier for one week but I find out that they sheaped to a wrong address without confirming with ID or calling me on my phone and now Im begging them to send it back to me they just keep telling me that on the way since Thursday, they are not professional at all

I called the customer service of ARAMEX and asked them if the branch was open. He said yes, coming from a recorded conversation. I went to Deira City Centre branch and their branch was closed. From where did the customer service got the WRONG INFORMATION? It was very disappointing that a SIMPLE question cant be answered correctly.

Very convenient. I downloaded an application and created an account, scheduled an online pick up for an envelope which i wanted to send abroad. Very user friendly and easy application. The next day i received a call confirming a pick up, and later that day a driver came to take my envelope right from my office, so i didnt need to go anywhere. A few minutes later i received an update on the application about the envelope being received. And the same day i received a notice of it being shipped. Really impressed with this amazing service. Great job!

Returned package was suppose to be picked up by Aramex but no calls on scheduled date. I tried calling their phone number but they dont pick up the phone or respond to the online service complaint. Ended up dropping the package at DCC counter which there was no customer service rep and had to wait for more than 15mins. Its now been days since I dropped it off and no tracking scans or updates since leaving at DCC.

Horrible Services. The courier guy came at the time 2 hours before scheduled. When, I reached office and called hime, He talked rudely and said will not be able to deliver the courier today. Customer support not picking the call. Tired of reaching them full day without any success. I needed the courier urgently as I had to travel my hometown, but there is no one to reach out.

Never use Aramex...Horrible!!!😡 I had to wait for 8 days to receive my bank cards and haven’t received them by the rude lazy couriers who kept calling me at times that I wasn’t available at my addresss and I called the customer service at least 4 times to reschedule the time and asked for Evening shift delivery which I requested originally but nothing happens and they kept calling me in the morning when I’m not available saying I’m here at your place the customer service supposedly sent a request but don’t know if they really did or nobody followed up on the request finally I had to drive for 35 minutes from my work to the outlet and received it myself the trip lasted 2 hours back and forth I was so angry there and asked for the genius who runs the place but they kept saying he’s not here or he left etc. I’m still planning to go and have a scene over there. Overall all it was a terrible experience that I wouldn’t wish to happen to my enemy. It was horrible horrible horrible the management or people in charge should be removed because they are usless I asked about the manager of the customer service his name is Fatim something I thing he is in charge and everybody needs to talk to him to see what’s wrong with this place.

Aramex is worst, they usually deliver late and when you contact their customer service they will give promises.they should add delivery staffs. Though aramex deira city center staff was excellent in service.

Worse service. Never avail for international delivery. Trust me you will be in trouble. They will not attend your call and the delivery may take months together. Minimum delivery time in India is 30 days. Consider all comments before availing aramex courier.
