Almost all services are online and what we felt its a very good service by them. Both Mearsk and Hamburg sud OBL need to submit in the same office. Its in 39th floor. They kept two seperate boxes outside in the name of Mearak and Hamburg Sud for OBL submission to get the DO online.

The Delivery order was paid in the early morning on Thursday, but we did not receive it, we will be fined on Friday and Saturday because the company is closed, unfortunately your service is very poor

The company does not value customers, never pick the phone, always late with document, to take extra money from you.

It is a good work place for employees.It has very good staffs.It provides more benefits to employees.I have never seen such good company.It has a good management.The company always looks for employee safety.And all the staffs were well talented.Working at Maersk is interesting, there are some great people and benefits to be had and the work is intriguing.My biggest issue working there was a lack of organisation and training. Once you are assigned to a team you are left to the manager and in my case the manager did not care and left me to be trained by team members, who were great but had their own work to do and could only offer limited help.My manager was never interested in my development and took extreme offence to me yawning during a team meeting that took place at the end of the day.I was let go after attending a doctors appointment, that was approved by my manager, only for her to then claim it was not.It is potentially a great place to work but if you get the wrong manager then you are better off leaving.ProsGood work life balance and nice atmosphereConslimited career growth and hike

Nice people and good service except for collecting delivery orders or making extensions.You have to pay and send the proof to them in email and then wait for a long time to get the official payment receipt. After that you have to email all the necessary documents and then wait for hours before you receive the delivery order. Sometimes you have to call them several times and remind them. In some cases you receive the delivery orders the next day.

Automated systems mean you cannot reach a senior operative to sort out the mess-ups locally

Regret to say, one of the best shipping lines, but the Dubai Office is a FAILURE. The online CSR namely Ms. QUEENA L is good for nothing. Rather than addressing my query, she just chose to leave the chat, which was a shock to me, ANyways, MEARSK KANOO is not upto the mark.

Biggest and nicest shipping line, good about the freight prices and routing.But i gave only 2 stars cause the service of their UAE office is weak i could even say very bad the employee wont help if you have any inquiries. i hve asked some guy to someone that i was looking for and he just pointed his finger to somewhere and pull down his curtain without even looking at me.

The shipping company is really good in terms of the container service at ports but when it comes to collection of DO and other technical issues Maersk line is the worst shipping company I have ever seen. They do not accept cash or check. They have a worst policy of depositing cash and expect us to send email and then after 2 hours of E-mail they give us DO.People sitting there have no idea what they are doing.

Maersk is the biggest king of shipping industry - these pictures of Lego that i have uploaded is the biggest ship in the cargo ship historythere operations are in almost every part of the world with approx 50000+ employees and having 20+ sister concern companies.this company is having very big operation in GCC where they handle bulk cargo / reefer cargo and all kind of heavy jobs. sub domains like DAMCO , APM terminals and oil exploration rigs are doing superb job.Well Done Maersk - keep it up

Worst customer service ! Short-tempered customer service agents providing conflicting information everytime you call. No one seems to know what they are doing, such disappointing experience for that wasnt expected from a big name like Maersk.

Ive worked with this company for 1 time and had an unpleasant experience, since they accept only standard charter bank recpit in order to give you DO and wont notify the first time customers by phone or email or text message.I only gave 3 stars because the supervisor did apologize and thats acceptance of their mistake.
