We understand that there are shortcomings and flaws on services. It is inevitable. However, taking such a long time to have a box delivered despite many follow ups and receiving the same answer/spiel that the team will be informed but then wait for nothing still is incompetency already. Once, twice is forgivable but more than that is slackness. Better to say “No” than keep customer waiting. Just disappointed. I may be 1 in a thousand but this doesnt work for me. Good luck.

When you ask for boxes it will take them 2 weeks to deliver. For pick up, it takes a week. We constantly call them for follow up but no proper management at all. Never again.
