Worst shipping line i have ever seen, No answer to our calls and will not get the DO or NOC on time, as we need to follow up with this worst team before one month arrival then only there is a chance to get DO on time. Guys dont use Hapag if you are using you guys are wasting your time.

Very bad customer services, created a portal named Odex which is good for only online payments. I have requested for a DO extension since 1 day and i didnt received the updated DO yet. Everytime i call the customer service they are saying in 20 mins it will be ready or giving contact number for other representative.And they will finally release the DO on the last date, and we have to extend the DO again, i think they are doing this purposefully.Very irresponsible!!!
Your services are very bad, the money was transferred 96 hours ago and we did not get the receipt to complete the clearance procedures, I do not recommend it
Dear All,DOnt ever book shipments from them as they are very slow in service & do not car for the needs of thier customer, Ive transferred them the amount on 15-02-2021, It has been 2 days, theyre only manipulating us and saying payment is not showing in their system, Despite we have given them each & everthing to locate the payment, & they will not check it from their end & continously saying that we have no clue about the recieveable payment.I urge everyone to not book cargo from them, pathethic company.

I would like to give a negative rating to this shipping line if possible. Its the worst nightmare of an experience if you unfortunately end up moving a shipment through them. The customer care centre is completely unfunctional, they do not respond to calls or even 35 emails sent ! Their delays costed us demurrages and still they put extra penalty charges on us for late documentation even though the delay was from their side of 2 weeks to issue the document. Avoid at all costs ! I am writing this review so that other people do not end up with the same fate as us
Worst shipping line Ive ever seen. I am working with almost all shipping lines in middle east. but hapag llyod is worst. They started online system after corona so every one needs to deposit money into account then you need to send an email to hapag llyod then they will provide you payment confirmation. after that you can get DO from counter. My 9 container already arrived 3 days ago and I also done the advance payment to them so I can get Delivery Order fast, but instead of that I am sending 8-10 emails every day to hapag llyod for payment confirmation, and from last 3 days I didnt get the confirmation, total 3 days are wasted, now I will again try this same on 4th day. well done hapag llyod. appropriate it. If you want to learn online system please learn from Cosco shipping lines. Just send cash deposit slip online and they will provide you confirmation in next 5 minutes and you will get DO in next 10 minutes.

This is the worst shipping company we ever dealt in Dubai Uae. The staff who call them customer service are very lazy to answer any question you raise and it took us more thank 2 weeks to get information on how to clear our container still no luck to get a clear information. we are not recommending to any one this Shipping line take a note from our experience
Phone is not working at all, we are trying to reach and calling since morning 9.00 am till 4.00 pm on working days phone is not working. this happens to me last 2 weeks. this is the way you people treat your customers ????hope management will take good decision and solution for this.numbers 04204111, 042041333, 042041365 etc we have more contact details.

There is no one to answer the phone. Yes no one. You can keep calling them from morning till evening... no response even to your recorded messages. The last google review was done 9 months ago and the service remains the same. I do not know how they can conduct their business or manage to do business in such a competitive business environment.

The Customer Service Team has always gone out of the way and resolved (or at least shown a guiding light to correct desk) even if it was not their trade/region. In my personal opinion, Hapag Lloyd Dubai office give very good service to their customers and only thing is they have to increase the manpower for better service.
The only purpose of ‘customer service’… is to change feelings. Hapag Lloyd Dubai has truly done it. Their service levels have improved immensely in the past 1 year. I appreciate the excellent service provided by customer service and sales team. Overall faster approvals , on time vessel departures , quick quotes, efficient documentation team and good customer service and sale support . will highly recommend to use Hapag Llyod.

Worst service ever. dont book for any shioment on this company. every time you will call for inquiry line always busy. in collecting DO by mail they say it will take 3 hrs for waybill but still not sending it even you send them reminder. you waste you time waiting ther DO to release. if there is some documents missing for them to relase the DO atleast they informed what is needed to be done BUT HELL NO THEY WILL NOT TELL. WORST EVER. ( NO STAR INSTEAD TO GIBE BUT REVIEW WILL NOT POST)
