Im an airline staff, Came today afternoon to send tablets for my kids hence i bought it second hand thru fb nice and slightly used and declared it in customs value as 150 aed each, this staff who was on duty today 3pm in dafza refused my booking and insisted me to put my custom value to 350 aed? Seriously second hand my dear u want me to put 350 as i bought it only 150 plus 20 aed delivery???? DHL make sure ur staff has widen their knowledge about this second hand items and even asking for receipts???? Seriously???
